These came all bent up and chipped, like somebody stomped on them and still tossed them in a shipping box carelessly. They'll also try to CHARGE YOU for returning anything. It's hard to get a hold of anyone. This company does not care about you or quality.
This is the first time I ever ordered from Zara. My granddaughter requested two items, a jacket and a pair of jeans, from this site for Christmas. The order was delivered very quickly, and I received what I ordered, but when the package arrived today, it was partially ripped open because the item were shipped in a box that was much too small for the size of the items. When I spend over $200 for 2 items of clothing, I expect them to be shipped in a box that is big enough to arrive in tact. I doubt that I will ever purchase from this site again. Now I understand why they don't accept reviews on their website!
No quality found these days with Zara, everything brakes in first day or even hour.
You put your new shoes and until you'll get bus stop they are broken already, you took blouse from zara and you give more samples of disaster.

I came on here because I could not directly review any of their items on their site. My first initial experience with Zara was frustrating. They have processes for returning items and they will not budge. However, once I followed their tedious process I received my refund, including shipping. Since then I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I order an item, I receive it within four days and it's beautifully packaged (instead of thrown inside a plastic bag which seems to be the norm with online retail). I have never ordered anything but baby girl clothes from them but everything I have ordered is the best quality and so unique. S&H is also very cheap (4.95) and QUICK. For these two reasons (quality & speed) I love Zara. To sum it up, it sounds like as long as you don't have to deal with customer service, Zara provides a pleasant experience :)
Zara has some of my most cherished shoes! $25.00 for a cute pair of boots? Just count me in! I really enjoy buying their clothing. All works together to provide you with the hottest looks. So much to choose that at times it can get frustrating. I suggest that when it comes to putting goods in the correct area, they could use some better organisational skills. The order came sooner than expected and my shoes were right in size and design. I'm thoroughly pleased with my decision to purchase these shoes. I still receive compliments. But with customer support, they could be swifter. It's difficult when you have people who don't react quickly enough. I don't have to sit on the phone for 30 minutes. I
I purchased a dress and skirt for my daughter online. One item arrived ripped, and the the other began to tear after she wore it for a grand total of ONE times. That's sad. Also I recently read an article about how they don't even pay their employees fairly in the factory. It's not like they are offering bargain bin prices so it is sad to see that they are heading downhill. I will not be buying her anymore clothing from here anymore unfortunately.
Went to store on Newbury Street in Boston. It looked like it had been hit by a hurricane. Clothes everywhere including the floor. Line was 20 customers deep. There were closed registers and staff made no effort to expedite the process. This store is VERY poorly run and maintained. Disappointing because there were some cute clothes. I'm sure many left because of the wait and poor customer service!

When in doubt, go straight to corporate in NYC for returns. Their web support is abysmal. I wasted years of my life on the phone with an incompetent reps who lost items in the store house, lost receipts, totally bungled my order and then refused to compensate when I returned a brand new item.
I quite enjoy Zara because they have on trend kids clothing for my son. I do have to say, I think the kids clothing (quality wise) is better than the adults. The jeans generally last unless my son grows or plays exceptionally rough (generally wears in the knee area if it does).
I have not had a bad experience with Zara thus far and can order last minute items for trips that will arrive on time to take with. I purchase some swim trunks (for son) for our trip to LA and they have become his favorites. Will continue to buy with them!
Most of their kids clothing last the perfect length for a tall growing boy of 7.
Quality is not that great. I ordered a bunch of cotton t shirts that showed up so paper thin. 2 were decent quality. The other 4 were not worth half the price I paid... I returned 4 out of 6. Returns are not free. I'm out 20$ in ship,return ship, and tax not refunded just for placing an order. However, I do applaud the fact they ship in paper without plastic bags. Probably won't order from them again.

I purchased a pair of pants in late May 2022 and I did not like it, therefore, I returned it immediately, of course with the tag. Zara notified me that they refuse to accept the return and sent it back in early July. This was a very unexpected situation because I have been waiting for a long long time to get the refund! I called Zara 3 times in the last 2 weeks. There have been no updates until now! Also, all three customer service agents I spoke to sound reluctant to care about my problem at all. They sound tired or sleepy which is very unprofessional. I would never buy anything from Zara from now on. I recommend you to find elsewhere to buy fashion products.
If you are going to shop at Zara, do it in person. Every online order I've placed has encountered major issues and delays, resulting in huge headaches. Their customer service is AWFUL and give you the same lines over and over without offering any actual support or helpful information. It's been 16 days and I still don't have my most recent order -- and I don't even know where it is. The tracking on it stopped updating last week. No answers from Zara.
I placed an order for a shirt and a pair of shoes that was stolen off of my front porch. While trying to file a claim, Zara continued to show me how careless and unsupportive they're during this process. All they care about is their money and not the customers satisfaction. I sent them pictures of someone stealing the package and still have not received a refund or a replacement. I will never shop here ever again! Customer service was very displeasing.
I placed an order online and it never arrived. The UPS tracking info clearly states the package was damaged and contents were missing and the empty box was discarded. I have called and had 2 chats with Zara, each experience more painful than a root canal. Each time I am provided a new case and told someone will be in touch. It would be easier to challenge the charge with my credit card company. I realize the clothes are cheap but that's no excuse for stalling my refund when you can see the package never arrived and UPS has even contacted Zara about it. Literally worst retail experience ever.
I received a dress i order one week ago it is damaged, in a bad condition, and am not able to wear it all it is almost worn and washed several times, the quality of the dress is zero. I dont recommend anyone to buy from this brand anymore. Due to sending bad, damaged and inconvenient dresses.
I like the items that Zara makes. However, when you shop online the sizes are hit or miss. Therefore, I end up doing a lot of exchanges. Zara is one store that takes limited responsibility for their mishaps. Instead they blame the customer. They send with tags attached but the pants was obviously worn as there was dirt mark at the end of the pants. All I wanted was a new pants same size and return the one they gave me. I was told they had to an investigation…., really. They never offer discounts or anything when they mess up only apologies. Zara do better please.,

Set aside the fact that the quality of Zara's products is far away from the cool-looking pictures online.
When I returned my online purchases to the Pasadena store, they (with a condescending tone) refused to provide me with any proof of my returns including a printout receipt claiming "all the other stores have the same policy on online returns" - which is not true.
When I asked for the rep and the manager's name, their response was "We are not allowed to give out our names to customers." They said I have to wait for the email for proof of return - which I am still waiting a day later. Deceiving products, worst customer service, will not purchase anything else from Zara.
I have 6 grandchildren and have to start my Christmas shopping early. Because it was over 30 days from date of order Zara refused to exchange even though the tags were still on it. All I wanted was another pair in its place. All my other returns from other companies made exceptions during the holidays. Zara - you just lost a customer! Never again!
