Awesome!

Ordered a pair of shoes that were shipped out on a Sunday, which most businesses don't do. I got them on Tuesday, way under the 4-5 day projected delivery. There were too big so all I had to do was go online and print the return label and drop it off at UPS. Ordered two pairs this next time to make sure at least one fit, and returns are so easy I might as well! Received them two days after the order! Incredibly quick! They shipped UPS Next Day Air at no request or cost of my own. No tax (or it's already included or something) and free shipping. Great shopping experience!

This site is absolutely amazing when it comes to every aspect of shopping online.
Free shipping both ways so I don't hesitate to order something when I'm not absolutely sure about the fit.
I always, always, get my merchandise on time if not early! How amazing is that.
Their Customer Service is also extraordinary. Something I think is sorely lacking today. They send emails to advise you of Order Receipt, ship date, etc, so you don't think your order fell into a black hole and no one is paying any attention.
And the Website is attractive, informative, and easy to use. More positive facets than there's room for here.
Shop Zappos for your shoes. There's no downside.

Great customer service

Zappos has the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Free shipping both ways and they are excellent at putting my refund back in my account very quickly after I send something back.

I love Zappos! I have been using them for years. The shoes come super fast, no kidding. I have placed an order and received them the next day on my doorstep! Fantastic! Also, free shipping BOTH ways. How could you possible go wrong? Unless they are out of your size. But even then they will let you know when it's back in stock. So for many more years I plan on shopping with Zappos!

Best website ever!

Best website ever! The free shipping both ways and NO question returns is amazing! I can order two sizes, try them on and send back the ones that don't fit. I will sometimes choose Zappos over higher priced sites because the customer service is SO fantastic! :)

Like no other

I haven't used Zappos lately but I can't think of a better service when I'm shopping for shoes. Nowadays it is hard to get support and advice from clerks when you're trying to buy the right pair of shoes, not so with Zappos where you can chat on line or via email, besides they carry some of the best brands in the market.

Love this store/site. I have purchased several pair of shoes over the years and the few times they did not fit, Zappos sent me a return box and exchanged sizes with zero problems. And their customer service is friendly, professional, and pleasant.

They're that good. Always engaging, funny, and incredibly personable. Whatever they are paying at their call center isn't enough. The stories are legendary and definitely recommend youtube'ing a view videos to see what I'm talking to. I imagine it's a dream job, but recently bought a birthday present for my fiance and there was a bit of a mix up and they went above and beyond to correct it (while putting a smile on my face). 5 stars and loyal customer for life!

Zappos wins my heart!

Zappos wins my heart! I order a lot & will be a repeat customer. They answer their phones PROMPTLY. No long holds. They ship quickly & make returns easy & free! I'm not afraid to try things to make sure they work as it's sometimes the case with online ordering. I wish more companies would adopt their customer service techniques. Everyone is friendly. I've only once received a product with a flaw, but they made things right immediately without causing me a hassle. Absolute best customer service.

Can It Get Any Better?
February 22, 2017

Grumpy trolls pretend to be my feet. Pronation, arthritis and old fractures demand specialized footwear that I cannot afford to have custom made. Zappos zapped the trolls with perfectly designed and fitting shoes that gave me a new lease on life and the prices are wonderfully low for the quality. Customer service is great.

I've ordered about 20 pairs of shoes from Zappos over the past 6 years. They are one of the best online retailers in the world. I've never had any trouble returning an item or issues with an order. Their shipping is so fast! I can always find the shoes I'm looking for on Zappos.com or Nordstrom.com. Zappos doesn't ship internationally yet, but since I've moved from the US to Australia, I hope they start soon!

I've used Zappos on numerous occasions and have always received excellent products and service. If the item didn't fit right? No problem. Returns and exchanges are hassle free with the friendly people at Zappos. And shipping times are extraordinary. I usually get my order a day or two early.

All on-line retailers should take a lesson from Zappos! They have the best customer service, super fast shipping, an excellent return policy and no charge for returns. When I called to order a different size on an item, they sent it even before I returned the item that did not fit. Everyone at Zappos is friendly and helpful... you can tell they enjoy working there. And, I enjoy doing business with them and recommending them to others!

AMAZING SITE

I absolutely love ZAPPOS! Have been shopping with them for years. Their shipping speed is lightening fast! They back up their shoe guarantee with a 365 return policy. Additionally, returns are free! You can't really beat that policy. Whenever I purchase the wrong size on a particular shoe, ZAPPOS has a great exchange policy. They will ship you a new shoe immediately and give you some time (I believe 10 days) to return the shoe that doesn't fit.

Furthermore, every time I've contacted their customer service, I've always received the best support, friendly and helpful. Continue to do what you guys are doing and you will have lifelong customers like myself. I am completely satisfied each time I shop here.

Give them a try. You will NOT be disappointed!

Thank you Zappos for continuing to exceed my expectations.

Zappos has the best customer service of any online company I have encountered. They are not the cheapest place to buy shoes, but it's definitely worth it to shop here. To be honest, I find it amazing that they don't charge even higher prices for the shipping perks and free return policy. Items arrive within 1-2 day in my experience. Shipping is free and returns are free as well. I shop here knowing that I will have a great selection, superb quality, and wonderful customer service. You feel valued as a customer when you buy anything from them and that is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend Zappos!

I don't know where I would be without zappos! I order from their site at least once monthly. I love the interface and the ease with which you can find and read reviews for items. They also have gauges that show whether the item runs small, large, narrow, etc. This is extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I've had to send a few things back due to size issues, but their customer service is always prompt and I get my money back within the week. I live on the mid-atlantic seaboard and I always receive my shipment within 2 business days of ordering it, sometimes sooner. I also order from their daughter site 6pm.com, and have always had the same great experience I've had with zappos. No reviews on 6pm, though.

I love Zappos!

I have ordered from Zappos so many times--both shoes and clothing. I signed up for the VIP program, which didn't cost a penny, and get free one day shipping--yes, you read that correctly--one day! Returns are always free so you can send back anything that doesn't fit right or please you for another reason. Many times they will have sales as well, but you must check prices to see if other websites or local stores are comparable. I have never had a bad experience with Zappos and will continue to shop with them.
