I love my new Zager Parlor guitar. The tone is outstanding. It is very playable and I love to just pick it up and play a tune. I own several high end guitars and this Zager handmade is as good as any guitar I have ever played. Aesthetically and musically this Zager Parlor guitar is top of the line. If you are looking for a new, playable guitar with great tone and sound, I highly recommend a Zager guitar. The Service was outstanding. The Zager family treated me wonderfully.

Received my new Zager on 5/17/20 2 days riot to initial projected delivery date. The guitar came in a beautiful light weight molded high end case with a built- in humidity monitor. The guitar fit beautifully and perfectly. The guitar itself was absolutely gorgeous, great workmanship and quality woods. The sound and volume really fills the room. The deep bass, mid range very robust and powerful. Intonations are perfect on all strings. The setup is very low and really makes playability easy on the fingers, and For me that was key because I have a diabetic neuropathy that affects my fingers. I love playing this guitar and have trouble putting it down. All high end tuners and electronics make this guitar a great buy for the money. The best of all is customer service. These people make you feel like family, they listen and seem to bend over backwards to accommodate the customer. Great value and great service. How can you go wrong?

I received my parlor-size African Mahogany guitar yesterday. It is a beautiful guitar, to begin with. And the sound from its 4/5 size is amazing. But the ease of playing it is truly the best part! My fingers are rather short and chunky, but still I am able to place them easily without hearing any buzz. I started the online lessons today because it's been many years since I've played and I am totally thrilled with Denny's approach to learning guitar. I am a very happy Zager guitar owner!

This guitar is a real beauty maple binding all around flawless, I did adjust the string height to 3/16 at the 12th fret, plays and sounds wonderful deep mellow and rich, easy to play, I am 70 years young and have always played back porch stuff Country and bluegrass and I play a little fiddle, The guitar was in tune out of the box! Very nice it will be and is my new favorite! Really great case came with it! It also came to me fast I ordered it Saturday and received it Friday around noon time, so I received it on the fifth working day not bad!

Returned to the guitar 5 years ago with a Taylor GS Mini. It was ok till a friend showed me his ZAD80. Tried it, had to have one. The fret board gave me room to play notes without touching other strings. But the sound! Rich and mellow! I guess its because of the beautiful woods used in the making of this guitar. Everything is top-notch, fit and finish. Proud to say, this is my last acoustic guitar. I want to pass it on to my grand daughter, I believe it will stand the test of time. Dennis Jr is quick to respond to questions, very helpful.

To be honest I was a little stressed about buying a guitar I had never played before buying. But I figured with the company's 30-day return plan how can you go wrong. So I bought a guitar from Zager and decided after playing it a while I would like to upgrade to the next guitar up in their line. I contacted Denny JR asked him about upgrade and he immediately emailed a packing slip to return the guitar and the day I sent it back he sent the upgraded one. He was very pleasant and asked if there was anything else, he could do for me which in these days and times is rare. I want him to know that his quick response was appreciated. Denny JR is extremely helpful, kind and considerate to his customers. So, to wrap up Zager sells beautiful, easy to play guitars. They back-up every word they say. This guitar is a work of art! I'm a new guitar player and I'm so glad I decided to invest in a Zager. It would have cost me double or more to get less quality if I'd chosen one of the "big" brands. Plays great out of the box and I'm looking forward to it getting better as it "seasons". I love the easily adjustable action. The Zager website also has a great video library! This won't be my last Zager guitar. I'm a real customer, purchased December 12,2020.

In my 40+ years of playing guitar, I have owned many exceptional brands, such as Taylor, Martin, Guild, Gibson, and even a handmade one by a local luthier. I also had the opportunity to play many guitars from my days of working guitar sales at a guitar store. My Zager ZAD50CE matches them all as one of the best guitars I have ever played. I would have expected it to be double the price. The craftsmanship, sound, and playability, far exceeded my expectations. I'm a very pleased customer!

I was looking around for a Zager and this one is near perfect. Beautiful solid mahogany construction, abalone inlays, Grover tuners, even the case is gorgeous. The construction of this thing is truly top notch.

The sound is surprisingly deep for a smaller guitar with good sustain and clear ringing highs. It's super easy to play with excellent action and string-feel.

Size, workmanship, and ease of playing make my Zager Parlor totally one of my favorite guitars! Customer service is excellent too!

Received my guitar in excellent condition! What a beauty! Almost afraid to play it! Photos and the internet do not do it justice. I wanted the best to learn on and believe I have gotten that opportunity with this guitar. At my age I need all the help I can get! After trying several avenues to learn, over the years; the extensive research I have done led me, not only to your guitar but to your learning system as well. I must admit I have enjoyed both so far.
I also own a Takamine Mountain Edition and there is no comparison with regards to quality! Your training system videos showed me how to correctly restring my Takamine (with the Zager easy play strings I received) and actually get it in tune! Something I have not been able to do with confidence in the past!
My journey will be interesting and I am looking forward to the trip!

Due to severe arthritis in my hands and wrists, I had been unable yo play my guitar for over 2 years. I ordered a Zager Travel Guitar and was surprised by its play ability, good sound, excellent design and workmanship. It has definitely helped to recapture some of my playing flexibility. It definitely outshines any of the other competitors of the same size in both beauty and price.

I received my ZAD50CE OM' size about a week ago, and I am very impressed with the sound & feel of the guitar. As a beginner, although I've read music most of my life, the acoustic guitar has been a difficult challenge for me however I'm more inspired to practice now. The height of the strings makes it easier for me who has smaller hands & fingers, to press & move up & down the frets. I love it! It has a cleaner sound to it. What I like even more is the relationship Dennis has with his Dad which is reflective in the product. Also, the customer service experience was awesome & I will be purchasing the Parlor size in a few months. From my perspective, this is the Go to guitar' for all beginners.

After ordering the EZ play Parlor Acoustic Guitar from Zager.com, I entered the contest for a free guitar. Wow, notified on a Thursday that I had won a new guitar in Zager's contest, and it arrived the following Tuesday! Great packaging so no damage. After removing it from packaging, I sat down with the tuner and it came into tune with little effort. I'm new to the Guitar (dabble in the Uke and Mandolin) but the strings were easier on my fingers than my other stringed instruments. Managed two cords and the sound is perfect! I bought a ZAD-50 Natural on April 2005 and never expected an acoustic guitar to be this good! Being a Taylor, Ovation and Gibson player I cannot be more grateful fir the quality and playability of these guitars. I bought a second on a black finish. The tone is just as I loved and they have never needed a setup after all this years. They play exactly as new! I strongly recommend Zager guitars as an investment on quality craftsmanship and delicious playing comfort.
