In one of the calendars, it is rattling so the chocolates are everywhere inside. Probably that specific calendar is not made very well. I also wish since I ordered two, they would have been from the same company. Its for my two daughters.

Everything was handled with care and in a timely manner considering the distance shipped and its the holidays. The only thing that would add to experience is cooking directions in English but in no way a negative remark.

I ordered some Christmas Soda from my home country and it came fast and The glass bottles were super well packaged. I will definitely use this company again!

I came across the site while searching for Meiji chocolate. I usually order it from a site in Japan. I was so happy to find another way to get my favorite chocolate. It was very easy to place an order, and my order arrived very quickly. I will definitely be ordering again, but the next time I will focus on Japanese drinks!

This site has tons of French products you usually only find in France. So much fun!

This is my first time using. While most of my items were well packed, one item - a can of mackerel salad - had just been put unwrapped and loose in the bottom of the big box everything came in. This can had a peel-back top, which had split, leaking material mainly onto the bubble wrap which was around other items. Some heavy pickle jars had been placed on top of the can, which was most likely what had caused the split. I emailed the company requesting a replacement (obviously I had to trash this can and the remains of its contents), and after requesting detailed explanations including a photo of the can which luckily I was able to provide, they issued me with a store credit just covering the discounted price I had paid for the item. While I guess this was fair enough, i was disappointed not to have received an immediate replacement of my item, and to have to reorder it, in order to break even, if I ever place another order with them, which likely won't be at a discounted price. Too bad, because it looked delicious!

We left Japan over 6 years ago and have missed a certain beverage we were able to get from this app. I will have to do an update because this is a final family Christmas present.
