The pasta is good but not the customer help that's all
This time the cookies that I bought were broken, the glass items were fine, but many of the cookies were broken.
I got my first order and was extremely pleased with the packaging and quality of the products. The shipping was fast and products packaged securely.

Shopping this site was really easy. Very happy with your products. But haven't yet used them for a complicated recipe--Queen Lizzy's Platinum Jubilee Pudding. Still waiting for things I ordered that are not available in the US...
Coronation Chicken no problem, whipped it up on short notice (and loved the take on seasonings inspired by the Commonwealth) I guess 70 years on the throne is a difficult enough task that it requires a difficult recipe to do it justice. But I've never made a trifle before, and after trying this recipe I probably won't ever again. I never even heard of a trifle until I was in my 30's or 40's...
Remember our saying is "as American as apple pie," and in the time it will take me to make this I could easily turn out half a doz apple pies (using my hand crank peeler, corer & slicer, of course). But thank you so much for having these UK products available on the internet--I wouldn't be able to try my first trifle without you.

I havnt opened or tried this yet but the item came with the label cut open -I havnt tried to open yet to make sure it's sealed but not sure why the packaging was ripped
