Ordering was easy & the crepes arrived very quickly

All good with the exception of crisps - bag burst open and crisps scatted throughout the packaging box

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company sent me 4 packages of their crackers which totaled over $50. When I received it the color of the crackers were unusually different than when I had previously bought at a local store. When I opened one package and it tasted horrible. It was stale, chewy and could not be eaten. I wrote to the customer service who took 2 weeks to get back to me assuring me that they would expedite and take care of this situation. I get a response back after sending them photos of the crackers and the 3 unopened boxes that they will not refund me my moneuy. What kind of customer service is this? And do they not want their customers happy? I was willing to send back the other boxes which are unopened and they would not take them back or give me my money back. This is REALLY bad business practice. DO NOT BUY from this company. They seem fraudulent and not take care of their customers.

Overall I am extremely HAPPY. The only 1 complaint that I have is every time I get them shipped to me; 1 or 2 jars "LEAK" :(
This last time it was only ONE that leaked.

Unfortunately the noodles were much smaller than I'm use to. And 3 out of the 10 bags I ordered were broke open. I'm sure from the pressure in packaging.

Website is straightforward and easy to use. Product was delivered quickly and it was well packed so it traveled nicely! Yea!

Delivery is quick and package was shipped with care securing fragile items well. I will definitely order again.

I bought chocolate as my first purchase and I was completely satisfied with shipping and my items.

Huge selection. Easy ordering process. The products were well packaged and delivered quickly. Shipping price was reasonable, not like other companies that over charge astronomically for just a few items. The products themselves were excellent quality. I will definitely be ordering more from Yummy Bazaar in the near future.
