My main issue was not with the service I received today but with Yodle itself. I cannot fathom how they can release a website for publishing when it hasn't been developed to reflect the business owner. I do not believe Yodle is Real Estate savvy or this would have been a major consideration.
Fortunately, my customer support gal today was able to understand and has paused my website until we get it looking professional with content which speaks to the knowledge base of the business. Thank you.

Been with them for a year and spent over $6000. Not one front page listing for any keywords that anyone would use for my business. I have kept my own web site going with no effort and come up on the front page of Google without Yodle. Why is it that the professionals cannot get there when I am doing nothing and can get there? I have gotten 5-6 calls per month, but most of them were for other doctors in my city and around the country. The rest were sales calls or existing patients. Good luck if you decide to go with them.
This company is using hard sell tactics to get agents to sign up. Here is their new trick, contact you through your Zillow or Trulia profile because they know you will answer the phone when you hear you have an incoming lead call right? Sales people won't take NO for an answer, very irritating.

I signed up with Yodle about 12 days ago and the customer service is second to none. All my emails are promptly returned, as well as phone calls when I have a question. My client service representative, Bonnie Jenkins, was enthusiastic and super helpful in reviewing my dashboard today--she showed me several key steps to improving my marketing campaigns so I can build my business. I am very pleased I took this step to work with Yodle and I believe I will see my business grow in the next few months! If you are thinking about getting some marketing help and haven't checked out Yodle, you definitely should!
First, from the sales pitch I thought all of the work except supplying some verbiage, photos and member list Yodle was going to do all the work. I really have neither the time nor desire to do most of it myself and the cost is a lot all things considered.
Second, however, the only reason I haven't asked for my money back is because Michelle was very knowledgeable. She seemed to genuinely want to help me get my program going correctly and spent time making changes to the 'typical' info as it did not reflect my practice much at all. So we shall see if this works for me or not.

I have to agree with the gentleman before me. As I have talked with yodle they told me you could expect 50-60 clicks with a $900 a month budget. However there are some factors that maybe the people having trouble do not realize. For example: how much of your competition is also using Yodle and not to mention where are you from. If you are in an area with a lot of people offering the same product then your results will vary. However, lets face it, 10 extra calls a day in this time period is better than nothing and Yodle tracks its success if you use it correctly.
My Yodel service has been excellent. I've had very positive results with good customer service. Value/$ is very high compared to most of their competition. I would recommend them to anyone starting a small business.
We’ve been in business for over 68 years and we tried everything when it comes to advertising. Within the first 3 months of using yodle we received an overwhelming response that we didn’t expect- from new installations to service calls. They’ve proven themselves to me by tracking leads and showing me exactly what calls are coming from their work. It’s definitely been worth it.
Yodle is easy for busy business owners. With very little guidance from me they've set up my advertising & made my life easier. And it's working! We've made several appointments based upon our Yodle contacts.
My boyfriend started a business and found Yodle and was promised all these things and that his business would be listed on the first page of Google if he has 3 good reviews. The website design was horrendous. We're still on page 4. He's complained several times about the company name that they messed up on. It's cost us more than we can afford. He's currently cancelling.

The people and technology seem to be top-notch. I am very impressed with their attention to detail and extremely helpful attitude. The site they created was good and it's great to be able to track the results with the metrics they provide. I'm just about a month into the service and have received enough business to pay for the monthly fee plus a bit of profit. I'm anxious to see if the results over time meet my expectations. I definitely get some leads that are not in my target market but overall I'm getting more good leads than I expected. If the trend continues for the next couple of months they will rate 5 stars.

I am responsible for Business Development for a Real Estate Company in Scottsdale Arizona that subscribes to yodel.com. My personal experience with Yodle has been more then adequate, the tracking and reports have come in very handy to follow up on potential clients. My favorite part about Yodle is having the ability to listen to all of the calls that came into our office through our Yodle number and review them for quality service and training. Yodle is not suited for companies looking to bolster their existing online presence. As a Yodle client you are paying them to create a completely autonomous website and promoting a completely autonomous phone # that is not and will never be owned by the client. If you are a start up, or are willing to abandon your current online efforts and willing to pay Yodle monthly or yearly for the rest of your business life, then they might work for you. As an existing company with an existing online presence, this cannot work for us. The sales pitch was appealing, high pressure and ever so slightly deceptive. Don't be tricked, just say "no". There is no buyers remorse period. Once you click into your "site" there's no turning back and you're initial investment (for us over $500) is stolen.
I’ve had PHENOMENAL results with yodle! I picked up 4 new contracts. The first one was within a couple of days of me getting started. I always desired to be highlighted in searches but I thought it had to be really expensive. When a man from yodle called me and explained that he could do that for me at an affordable price-I was sold. In no time at all they got me going with a website. They were professional and quick. Everything about the service has been wonderful so far!
We didn't really like our experience with them. For us we were looking for families in a certain area of town. They are better at broad spectrum hits. Website they make for you is cookie cutter - very few ways to adapt it to fit your individual needs. Also they issue you a special phone number to track - this becomes a problem when you cancel the service because people save that number and then it shows out of service.
This review is coming from a family owned service business. We have been with Yodle for just over a year now. I won't lie the first three months are a drag. Of course we had high expectations. The phone did ring it just did'nt seem to be happening fast enough. Because we continued with Yodle modifying as we went our organic listings are up. In the long run not so costly you just need to stay with it.
Yodle's dashboard is very user friendly and intuitive. Requires little to none specialized knowledge and is a powerful stand alone platform for communications and marketing. Our small firm began benefiting from the service almost immediately.

Answer: I received a few leads that actually worked out. However, it wasn't enough to justify using them in the first place. The leads seemed to come in when I had signed up for their "google ads marketing" addition. So basically, the google ads provided 80%-100% of the leads, not Yodle. I Would've been better off spending my money on Google Ads written myself.
