I have been shopping from this site in what seems like ages. From when I started buying music and dramas online from china/japan/Korea this was the first secure site I ended up with. They most likely have what you need, their prices are great, shipping is trustworthy and if something should happen? Then they have excellent customer service with the will to fix things. I always have a great experience and that's why I have done a LOT of shopping here over the years.
YesAsia is the only site I buy my albums from. They're very up front about their prices and also provide tracking regardless of how much you spend. I personally think their shipping and handling (packaging, wrap protection, etc) is decent and protects items well enough, but I have heard from friends that they prefer other vendors in regards to that. Every time I decide to make a purchase I do cross check with other vendors, but in the end I always come back to YesAsia because I enjoy their reliability.
I love buying my K-pop albums on Yesasia. They always ship fast and my orders always arrive undamaged. There's only one time when the album I ordered didn't arrive (but I'm pretty sure it was stolen in my country), Yesasia sent me another one which arrived safely.
It is so simple to order, and I have not had any issues with ordering in the past. It is a bit annoying that the posters come as seperate deliveries, but I can understand why they do that. Keep up the good work~
I choose to purchase from YesAsia because of their product selection not available elsewhere. & for their customer service, which in my view is superb. My orders arrive well-packaged, too, which avoids damage in transit.
There's always a large selection and it's usually cheaper than many online shops shipping from Asia to US, that I know of, at least. It's not always clear when something is in stock, however, and the filter options could be updated which was the basis for my removal of 1 star but the variety of items and the convenience coupled with the fact that I've never had a negative incident from this site before makes me keep coming back C:! I've never paid for express shipping but I already expect things to take a considerable amount of time to get to me when it's coming via these courier services so the length of shipping has never bothered me. It's not the fastest shipping time but also not the longest.
Found 'YesAsia' fascinating! ~ All the info you could ever want about all the fabulous Hong Kong Cinema movies ~~~ and the amazing actors who starred in them.

Great site, it has a lot to offer and it's easy to search for whatever you are looking for. A little bit pricey but it's not bad. This is the place that I go to when I'm looking for albums from my favorite K-pop artists.
I have never had any problems with YesAsia and I have been ordering from them for years. I use stand shipping which means I usually get my dvds from 1.5 weeks to 2 to three weeks but never as long as 30 days which they say it can take. The times I have used express shipping it has gotten here very quickly. The quality of the merchandise I have purchased has been excellent. They were even able to find me a used dvd of a title no longer available.
Prices are reasonable, and free shipping above an order sum >$30 helps. Delivery can be slow, though - up to 6 weeks after ordering.
DVDs have so far always been of reliable quality
Range is somewhat limited, with the emphasis on romcom. And older titles are generally unavailable ("temporary" acquires a new meaning - can last for years).
So they're fine if they have what you want
As someone who lives in Australia shopping from kpop sites can be hard but yea Asia is by far my favourite. Items come in great condition and are more affordable then other sites, they offer free shipping when you spend a certain amount and also there customer service team is quick, efficient and helpful.
YesAsia is now my go to places for importing Japanese media. It's a bit more expensive than the other sites but there's free shipping* included so it works out. There's some cool freebies* they throw in such as the gachapon items and they have a large range of goods. The delivery times to Australia were pretty decent too.
Overall, excellent experience with them.

I've never had any issues with Yesasia and often get my items earlier than their expected delivery time. Besides, they're one of the few sites I've seen including Hawaii to take part in free shipping offers! There have been a few times when I didn't see an item listed on their website (mainly CDs for lesser known singers) and inquired about it - they've been able to meet my request unless it was a very old CD that was out of print. I think the prices aren't too bad if you take advantage of their free shipping program (I noticed some sites have lower product prices but the shipping costs make it much more expensive). I've been ordering items through them for close to ten years already and so far, I've been pleased.
They have responded to my issues fast and understood, no problems there. Customer service emailing is good, only had to email them about an issue once and it was on my part. Other than that, placed many multiple orders and this is the place i go for kpop albums
I just placed my 3rd order. The first two orders arrived in a timely manner, and in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this site to those with similar interests as mine (Japanese sewing magazines), or to someone wanting to try something new!
Yesasia is where I buy all my albums. They are reliable and I trust them 100%. The shipping time is standard but comes in quick in about a week or so. Free international shipping is what every customer wants! Also, I love how they have their site so organized and updated. I really enjoy shopping with Yesasia, and I will continue doing so!
It's a fairly decent online store and IMO is the best one for canadian shoppers purely for shipping. That free shipping is a lifesaver and tbh makes this site stellar for ordering in bulk. Albums often come with a few minor damages around the edges, and out of almost 50+ albums ordered from here I've only had 1 in bad condition. I'd recommend giving it a try (maybe get some friends and do a group order if you don't want to spend the minimum 50 but still want the free shipping). Once again only bulk order on this site; buying 1 or spending less than the 50$ is really, imo, not worth it.
Such a Great site if you are looking for calendars, posters and all other things that involve Japanese Gravure models and so many more. They also have products for others types of models and stars in the Asian countries. Definitely worth checking out and purchasing from. Prices are Very reasonable.
I my pre order was canceled with no warnings ahead of time and now I can't even buy the item I wanted because it's sold out everywhere! Every other online retailer will at least know how many pre orders they can fill before they actually charge you, but not this terrible site! I seriously suggest never pre ordering from this site if it's for a limited purchase you know will never be restocked. Worst shopping experience ever, I'm never buying anything from this site ever again!
