Good experience with xenium holidays tour company they arrange good hotel and room were very clean and good we were given etios car the driver helped us throughout the tour thanks to Mr. Deepish for arranging this wonderful Gujarat trip.

Very bad experience of my rann utsav trip. They have cheated me. Nobody is giving reply of my mail. They are refusing to connect their md/ceo. They don't know what is going on. Upto booking their response was very good.don't believe them.

Except Jim Corbett Safari everything is fine. Disappointed with your Jim Corbett which needs to book online before 2-3 days of tour. The Safari arranged by your driver is not standard Jeep Safari it was just round on periferi of Sitavani jungle which is not part of his Corbett tiger reserve.So when we take round in jungle nothing was seen except 7-8 dears & monkeys, which was very disappointed.
My trip to Kerala was perfect plan by xenium Holidays Sales Person Deepanshu was very nice touch with me on every moment. Hotels was Excellent, Transportation service was Very Good. Cordination from Xenium Executive was Very Good. It was an awesome experience... and i really liked it a lot... best memory

We are happy with your Spiti valley package services by Ankitha. It was great and memorable round trip from Chandigarh to Chandigarh via simla, sangla, sarhan, chitkul tabo, kaza and Kullu Manali by xenium holidays. All the facilities & accommodation was good. Just loved the Hotels they offered me and I did not face even a very small bad thing on the staff. Keep it up.
All the places and locations provided has been completely visited with quality time spare.
Facilities and Accomodation were satisfying.
Hotels stay should be kept nearby visiting location or must be within city area.
Xenium Coordinator (Vivek Mishra) was helpful, comfortable by nature, and co-operated well in all aspects during tour.
Overall it was pretty nice experience with Xenium Holidays as per fascinating, comforting and cherishing times of holiday to be.
Will surely recommend the same holidays to the friends, circles, family.

The team planned very good. Sales team nabnit himani and bookings team munish did a good job. Only property in Srinagar was bad. Rest everything was planned well. Will suggest just to take everything in writing as verbal communication are sometimes misunderstood by both the customer and the company. Rest the team was very prompt and professionally managed.
We did a 3 week tour with Xenium Holidays The Driver, vehicles as well as the guides for the city tours were all very good with good English. We visited 3 National Parks and all accommodations were excellent. On our last night we wanted to change to stay an extra night in Rishikesh instead of Delhi. A phone call to Munish was all that was needed and he sorted everything out. We had a 2am flight out of Delhi and Anil even organised a hotel stay for 5 hours so we could rest and shower after a long days travel on the roads. All staff that we dealt with were very organised and professional.
