What I received SUCKED SO BADLY! Like it was completely off topic. Did anyone even attempt to read my instructions?
Just in case you are wondering - it was an essay on the history of Stoicism, and my instructions specifically asked to cover the Roman Stoics. The paper mentioned them only briefly, focusing instead on the Hellenistic ones. Like WTF! It was even missing the Late Stoa phase!
I asked for a refund immediately, but somehow was talked into giving another writer a shot. Support Agent (thank you, Johny!) was kind and asked whether I have any files or extra details - which of course I did - I uploaded them there when I placed an order

Double check. Make sure you provide all the files and instructions. Check everything carefully AFTER placing an order.

Do not quit right away. If the first writer sucked, ask for another one. There are people working the other side of this business, and not all of them would match my expectations. So pick and choose until you find "your writer", and stick with him/her.
