Unreliable

I would rate them less than a 1 if possible. I placed a rather large order on 5/15/20 and as of 7/24/20 I have yet to receive all of it, even though the site advertises it is in supply and ships same day. What has been delivered is packaged very poorly; flimsy box and no bubble wrap or support inside of the box. I am surprised that the liquid had not been spilled everywhere. One box was returned to them because the label was damaged so badly the shipper couldn't read the receiving address. Now, one is stuck in a warehouse somewhere with probably the same issue. Just about every time I email them I get a standard form reply. The last email had the link to FedEx on it so I reached out to them. They said the shipper has to start a process for lost package. I have requested a refund, but it is never acknowledged that I asked for one.
I feel like they should have know that and are just blowing me off. I am so tired of dealing with this company and will never order ANYTHING from them again!

Everything on their website is a LIE! The products are horrible and the customer service is even worse! They lie and say they have a 100% Money Back Guarantee if you're not satisfied, but they don't refund any money. You can never speak to a supervisor and they have a Texas number but you can never speak to anyone in Texas. They are the absolute WORSE... I just cant say it enough! They have all of these big name company logos at the bottom of their website but I'm pretty sure they've never printed anything for any of those companies. I'm going to dispute my purchase with my credit card company since they don't honor their money-back guarantee.

I purchased a thermometer and the product doesn't work. It drains the batteries every two days and it isn't accurate. I requested a new product or a refund and they have a no refund policy. Even if the product doesn't work.
I will never buy another product from them again as they have no customer service.

I was very nervous to order from this company because of ALL of the negative reviews I saw! However, I had a GREAT experience. I ordered 200 wristbands and got 100 (300 total) for free for less than $80. I ordered wristbands for fundraising for my scholarship foundation that my wife and I started. I ordered my wristbands on a Saturday and received my wristbands 5 days later on a Thursday the day before it was expected to be delivered! The quality is pretty good and I don't have any complaints. I will say that they are made directly in China and shipped from China through FedEx, so I made sure that someone was home to sign for my package. I will surely go though this company again, best price for a lot of quantity and pretty good quality!

Ordered masks paid $15.98 for two paper masks, thought it was the price of the box. Ordered two boxes of Large gloves, sent me medium. Sent an email they just told me to donate them - so I donated $75.96 of gloves and only two paper masks. They do not accept returns - I'm still looking for Large gloves from an honest company. This company is a scam - do not order from them god knows what you will receive!

Did place my order on April 15,2020 and I paid $200 for fast delivery on every item. Never receive the stuff and never go my money back! Customer service is poor, every email I send was answered by different people, first Maverik than Martin then just WB team. Email was filled with empty promises. Never god my money back.

Here is a huge shout out to the wrist-band team for the excellent products and services which they provide. I ordered tyvek wristbands for a pool competition and the design I gave turned out to be really well. The competition ran for three days and the contestants who cleared the rounds wore the bands for three days without any hassle. The bands were extremely good in quality, also the colors and designs did not fade way even after continues water exposure. The price I got was amazing and I would surely come back to hem for buying custom wristbands further. If you also want to make your eents and parties fun and interesting then go for these bands which come in different textures and materials. Choose from the widest color range at the lowest possible price. I am happy to choose them for the school event.

During COVID, our company ordered face masks and paid for expedited shipping. Product arrived 3 weeks late and then wrong item. Opened 3 tickets to get even a little bit of information! Ridiculously horrible customer service! Waited 2 more additional weeks to get original item. Asked for reimbursement for expedited shipping, received almost half... they prorate the expedited shipping fee when they were wrong in the first place! Who does that to their customer?! We have all had shipping issues during the pandemic, but answer your tickets when asked and be honest, they were not. Our team had to order from somewhere else. STAY AWAY! I have told all my purchasers to stay away as well

I ordered alcohol wipes from them that they said were in stock. I even called before I ordered to make sure, and they told me they were in stock. They were supposed to arrive on 7/8 and did not receive them. I called and they told me they were damaged in shipping (BS), and that I would see them in a week. Still haven't seen them. I can't get a hold of anyone anymore. Called my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Bait and Switch

Once I placed my order, I received an e-mail guaranteeing a specific delivery date. Knowing the difficult times we are in, and not receiving the order in the timeframe promised, I reached out to follow up on the new delivery date and was advised that the delivery date was unknown. Fast forward 6 weeks past the guaranteed delivery date, and multiple communications to follow up on the status of my order confirming it would be overnighted, and I have been charged for the purchase, I had no choice but to cancel my order. Total dishonesty and highly recommend you do not try to buy from this bogus company!

I ordered three automatic hand sanitizer dispensers. I needed them by June 5,2020 and the only way to get them that soon was to pay for Rush Shipping. With the rush shipping, the dispensers were "guaranteed" to arrive by June 3,2020. If I was willing to wait until June 8, the shipping would be free. The dispensers did not arrive until June 9,2020. I have made several attempts to hold wrist-band.com accountable and they have dismissed my concerns. The only concession on their part was to refund a portion of the rush shipping that I originally paid. The original charge for shipping was $68.98 and the refund was only $30.00. Wrist-band.com makes false claims on their website and they do not deliver on their promises. They know that most people will believe their lies and make the purchase and then be powerless to do anything about it. The only reason that I rated them one star was because I didn't see an option to give them anything less.

They get one star because you cannot post a zero. I placed an order on Wednesday 5/20/20 and paid more for expedited two-day shipping than the cost of the product. Today is 5/23/20 and I received an email that the product would be delivered on 5/26/20. When I contacted the office they said they would "consider" a refund after the product was delivered. BEWARE OF THIS GROUP! I have no confidence that the product I am going to receive will be any better than their business practices.

Rip Off

I bought two items on 6th of April. They were face masks and a thermometer as I cant find any here at home due to hoarding ( corona virus) I paid 29.99 for expedited shipping. They didnt mail items until the 8th. ( the day I was supposed to recieve them.) I still havent got them obviously. I give them 1 star because there is no rating under that.

Horrible

I ordered disposable gloves (L) at an exorbitant price. They sent me (M) which was clearly marked on the box and would not fit. I provided evidence at which point they claimed one size fits all. So I sent an official online complaint with photos of my receipt and the wrong product to the Texas Attorney General 's online. I live smack in the middle of the biggest Covid hot spot in the world, have two prexisting conditions and I desperately needed some gloves tp procure supplies.

I purchased some "medi gowns" on 4/9/20 with a promised delivery date of 4/24/20. The "medi gowns" arrived 5/15/20 but they weren't medical gowns. At first, wrist-band refused a refund but I insisted that they issue me a refund because it was blatant false advertising. After about a 10-minute phone conversation, they agreed to issue me a refund. I paid an additional $60 to send it back via FedEx which they received in May. It's 7/20/20 and I still haven't received my refund. They've been giving me the runaround since the end of May. Every couple days they'll come up with a new excuse and false promises of crediting my account within 5-7 business days. On 7/16/20 they emailed me stating that they were having "technical difficulties" and that they wouldn't be able to refund my credit card account but instead would have to send me a check by mail.

DISHONEST AND TERRIBLE!

They mislead me on entire sale - the shipping was "free" with 10 qty of the item I ordered, I entered my payment information and shipping and billing address, the shipping continued to be listed as "free", the total as $29.00... the sale was processed on my credit card but before I received confirmation of the sale, they requested a review - I thought everything was fine, left the review... THEN was granted my receipt for the sale which was DOUBLE the amount! They DOUBLED the sale to my credit card without a single notice until AFTER the sale was processed. I called immediately requesting a refund and to speak to a supervisor - BOTH REQUESTS FLAT OUT REFUSED. LYING CHEATING SCUMBAGS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

If I could give it less than a star I would!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They are abusing the current situation by selling overpriced PPE products.

I bought a stand and a dispenser and a dispenser. First the dispenser was leaking, I ordered another one and the same issue happened. I then reached out to see what I needed to return this and get a refund since it didn't make sense for me to continue to have faulty dispensers shipped over and over again.

I find out that they conveniently have a no return policy. I understand if I wanted to return the hand sanitizer - which again, don't buy, it leaves your hands sticky! - but I am returning two things that will serve me no good.

Every company right now is doing its best to provide things to keep their employees safe and then you find these companies that are just abusing the situation.

I am very disappointed and hope that this review helps other people.

They might be good at wristbands but NOT AT PPE.

I started to place an order for nitrile gloves. They advertise 100 gloves for $24.61. I little high, but not terrible. So, I clicked that I wished to get 2 packs of 100 gloves. They ask that you click the delivery option. (1) May 8 (2) May some time later. I clicked May 8 only to find that they would then charge me $16.96 PER 100 gloves to ship them. So, that would mean $83.14 for 200 gloves. ONE delivery to ONE address = $33.92 for shipping? That would make the gloves $41.57 for each 100. They laughingly have options for a lesser cost per 100 the more 100's you order. Beware! If you were to order 600 gloves, they will charge you 6 times the shipping cost! Sad!

Purchased their Medical infrared no touch thermometers and one quit working after 2 months and they wouldn't replace it. He said they don't have any sort of return policy so buyers BEWARE!
