This is the best store I could find for Judaica products. It has an amazing range of products that I could spend days looking at and not see it all. The customer service team is the best bunch of people that I dealt with in all my experience purchasing online, they are kind and thoughtful, always doing whatever it takes to help when we need assistance. It can take a while to get an answer via e-mail, I have to say it, but I understand there is a lot of customer and orders, the best way is to reach them through Live Chat, they always answer quickly and are very helpful.

I love World of Judaica and all of their products, they are so beautiful I can never decide what to get. And they have everything you can imagine. Its a real world of Judaical products, from food to decorative items, they have the best quality and product I have ever seen in shops like this. I saw the bad reviews here and truly cant understand them, they have always shipped what I ordered in time and very well wrapped.
I purchased a beautiful glass seder plate and was extremely pleased with my purchase. The quality was more than I expected. The glass plate and the six small glass cups were very well packaged for shipping and was received without any breakage. I definitely will order again from World of Judaica.
World of Judaica has a great catalog of quality products. However, the shipping method makes delivery unnecessarily complicated. The USPS will not leave the packages in the mailbox (if they fit) or at the door. An extra step is required to sign a form and then wait for re-delivery.
I order items cost $160 1 year ago and no response from them since.
I asked for a refund but they don't reply to you at all. I believe they are scammers
I ordered almost $1,000 worth of items from this website a month ago and was charged immediately. I have not received any of my items nor have my inquiries been responded to. I am days away from disputing the credit card charges as many of the reviews I have read on here do not fill me with confidence that I will ever receive my items or much less get a response from them.
So I wrote a review after last Christmas about my horrible experience with this company. They called me about 3 months ago and said they were sorry about what happened and that they would like to send me the items free of charge. I was surprised and pleased so I agreed. Hung up with them and called my mom to tell her she would get the gifts after all and she was excited! False, never received anything except spam mail. This company is horrible and has no values. Do not buy from this company.
I ordered a yad for my nephew's Bar Mitzvah in plenty of time to arrive. Needless to say, he had no yad for his Bar Mitzvah. I've never received such terrible service from a company. I've called twice and sent an email and no response. World of Judaica employees, I don't know how you sleep at night taking people's money for special occasions and then not delivering. You should be ASHAMED of yourselves. Do me a favor, don't respond with a fake "a customer service rep will be in touch". I'm having the charges reversed first thing Monday morning!
The tallit we ordered had different colors than described so we attempted to contact them about a refund or exchange. No response whatsoever to multiple emails, phone calls or attempts to "live chat." They apparently have enough employees to process your payment but not to help with any subsequent problems. Weird.
Somewhat mislead by photos of soap items that looked like a package of three soap designs, but the price only covered one bar of the soap not a package. Shipping is an ongoing problem; my orders average over 4 weeks for delivery. Otherwise, I very much like all the items I have ever ordered from World of Judaica.
It has now been 20 working days since placing my small order from World of judaica. Although being advised via the order confirmation, i am yet to receive any kind of update on where my product is?! On the website it states my order is 'in fulfillment'... basically meaning it hasn't been 'processed' and they are waiting to receive my product from their suppliers. Why advise customers estimated DELIVERY between 11-19 working days when mine hasn't even been shipped on the 20th working day?! Despite numerous emails i have had NO response at all! Absolute disgrace! I would advise anyone not to use this service!
Bought a tallit + bag. I had a question pre-purchase so used the online chat. The representative was polite and helpful.
The item came as described, nicely packed. The only complaint that I might have is that my tallit took almost 3 weeks to arrive. I sent an email about this to their customer care team and they replied that it was due to delays at the USPS because of Black Friday + Cyber Monday + Holiday season. Possibly right...
I ordered almost $300 worth of items in November and I have yet to receive them. I sent the "customer service" dept. 5 emails and left 5 voice mails, all of which have been totally ignored. Needless to say, I now have 4 family members who will be opening up their Hanukkah gifts this year. This business and these people give Jewish people a bad name. They are a total disgrace. Someone needs to investigate this company. They are thieves. Taking money but never sending the products they say they sell.
I ordered on October 29th 2015 and have not received my merchandise or even answers to seven emails. They took my money out when I ordered. I don't like being stolen from and expected better from an Israeli company. I will support Israel in another way but no more trust when dealing with companies that steal. I will turn this into the District Attorney's Office along with the other people's emails that have experienced the same scam! I hope they are run out of business!
I ordered a mezuzah as a gift. I got no response when I queried the delivery date (6 weeks after it was supposed to be mailed). I got an email 2 months later quoting a reference number and saying that my parcel was sent with Deutsche Post - the number never checked out and NOBODY replied to the various emails I sent. No surprise - the mezuzah has STILL not arrived - 5 months after World of Judaica debited my bank account. STAY VERY FAR AWAY. SCAMMERS!
I made my order almost 2 months ago and it is not here yet! I am not sure if they actually sent it or not as I found them to be liars.
This has been by far my worst online shopping experience ever!
The Shiping Policy is not something they regard as their obligation.
They don't have the items they publish on their website and think it is acceptable to let the customer wait for weeks until they organise the goods without even ask if the customer is able/willing to wait!
They rarely answer their emails. After I filed a complaint against them an Norton Shopping Guarantee, they contacted me and promised to refund the money. That was 11 days ago and I never received the money.
I guess the next step will be with the Israeli Consumer Council.
Save yourself the hustle of dealing with crooks and order from other sites.
Vendor, after I ordered the products I was hoping to get, notified me that said products were not available but charged my credit card regardless. A product was suggested as replacement, but no sales credit was offered to me for the amount of the original purchase, thus potentially charging me again. I immediately asked for a refund, and it happened a week later.

As we sell over 3000 different products, although rare, out of stock products do happen and once our supplier indicated he wont be able to provide the product we immediately inform our customer and look for the best solution possible as we aim to provide a good experience to all of our customers.
Usually we look for a similar product that could work as a replacement, we give additional 20% discount on the value of the replacement as a form of apology for the inconvenience and we proceed with the order. Or as the case here, we can also cancel and refund the product or complete order.

Where is my item? This company does not reply to emails - is never available on live chat. Awful service. I am still waiting for my order for a necklace placed November 26th. Just ignored many emails... took my money quickly enough! I expected better from an Israeli company... disgusting.
Answer: Yes, I also received that request from them. My order was over $1000 though. They said it was a security measure due to the relatively large order size and that my billing and shipping address weren't the same. The order went through with no other issues though and was shipped on time so I was overall satisfied with the service.

Unfortunately we do not control postal and custom delays that might happen during busy times of the year.
We have replied to your email and your Norton contact as well to inform you about the status of your package. It was shipped to Australia on Sept 10.
If you do not wish to keep the products we will process your refund once the package is heading back. If there are no updates from the postal office on the next week we will consider the order lost in mail and process your full refund as well.
