Any and all problems whether minor or not were handled cheerfully and promptly. This companies staff was very familiar with the product and explained the steps required for delivery clearly.
Even though a few molding pieces were broken, Eli at World of Greenhouses handled it so well and the end product was beautiful! Easy to follow direction and to build. I would order from them again.

I haven't been able to put the garden together yet (a ton of rain here in North Carolina) but it looks very straight forward. Poorly designed. Extremely difficult to assemble. The bolts in the corners are too long and can ONLY be tightened with the smallest of ignition wrenches! Two people are needed to assemble. It must be assembled outdoors or in a shop with 10' ceilings! I build and restore vehicles. I have a shop with nearly every tool imaginable. This was a huge mistake to buy this little flimsy greenhouse! Junk!
Purchased a Grandio Ascent. Had some questions which were answered as I asked them. Eli was very helpful and accommodating.
Great customer service Item received as directed. Item arrived today and has not been opened so any details about the product itself are not available.
The little cold frame was sized as described. My complaint centers on a few things. (1) the little wire tie downs are virtually worthless in my windy location. I will make my own. (2) website does not say you need to seal pieces with PE tape. (3) website does not say you need to seal pieces with suitable caulk. Finally, lack of written assembly instructions (pictures are just not good enough), especially when assembly pictures do not say you have to put assembly screws through the polycarbonate material for them to fit properly.
Shipped very fast. Excellent communication throughout - order to delivery. Top product. Couldn't be better.
The appearance of the greenhouse we ordered seems to be good. The only issue we had was the shipping of packages (6). The largest box was ripped open while in transit. We have tried to do an inventory but cannot find any instructions or packing list for the greenhouse itself other that the optional anchor kit. It also appears the fasteners needed are missing as well. We will not be putting the greenhouse up for several months due to weather and the need for a concrete base. Again this is not the companies fault but probably the shipper, (UPS) as there were 12 different points of handling. It will just add more time for the reorder of any needed fasteners.
Company provided excellent service and great communication. The greenhouse was shipped amazingly fast. Everyone can transact with this company with complete confidence!
The customer service of World of Greenhouses is just outstanding. They responded to my inquiry very quickly, on a weekend, and did tremendous amounts of follow-up to answer my questions and resolve an issue. This is an outstanding company that I would highly recommend.

Just received my green hoyse. It arrived all in tack. Have not constructed it yet, busy putting put Christmas lights.
Must say however if the green house construction and operations goes as well as the ordering and delivery I will be very pleased.
The plastic panels had corners bent - this made construction of the unit harder. Needs to upgrade its shipping
I ordered my greenhouse getting the best discount I could find that day. I was blown away when it came by UPS in 2 days. No tax. No freight.

The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the directions.
Thankfully, my husband is very talented at putting things together as the direction are not correct on a few things.
But Love the final product.
