Refused to assist with a refund, refused to provide customer services telephone number, refused to provide details on how to make a formal complaint. I required assistance with a refund due to a returned item. Employee dealing with the emails were obstructive, unhelpful, unsympathetic. Due to not being able to advance passed email communication and find someone that is prepared to help, I have now lost £85. I will definitely not use this company again, and would not recommend. I'm sure they are fine until you require any assistance with a purchase or refund.
My item were sent quickly with delivery by DHL which had good tracking info. I read a lot of negative reviews about Working Class Heroes on Trust Pilot. My experience however was good and I would recommend them to others.
Great experience, the coat was a great price, fantastic quality and arrived very quickly. Unfortunately I had to return it as it was a little too small for my son. My only criticism is that there was no return label.

I paid the premium delivery cost for my parcel to be delivered on Sunday (when I knew I would be home), but you delivered on the Saturday.

I've bought from WCH before but this order took ages to arrive, I couldn't track it, and I had to send it back due to a poor fit.

I bought a tee-shirt as a present for my son. He had asked me to buy it for him so my experience goes no further than that. I assume he had bought from Working Class Heroes before and was happy with what he had bought.
This was the fifth time we bought from the website and it didn't disappoint at all. What I love most in a the reliability and super quick delivery. We received our order in 2 days and our order was packaged nicely too.
The T-shirt I bought was a Christmas present, so I can't comment on the sizing etc just yet. However, the transaction, delivery and quality of the product was great. So much so I've returned to the site and bought something else.
I found the website easy to navigate and the prices were good, I'm made up with the jacket it's spot on the only thing is next time I'd pay for next day delivery because I know it says 3 to 5 working days for the free delivery but I ordered on Monday morning and didn't receive my order until the following Monday afternoon. Might be a bit picky of me maybe and I blame royal mail not working class heroes
I've a lot of time for WCH, the shop and vibe of what they are growing. The staff are great folk. I like their credit scheme and I will certainly continue to support WCH when I can. Much respect.

Awful. My order was two days late getting to the DHL depo in Swindon, this is after I paid £5.99 for next day delivery, to add insult to injury, DHL then tried three times to deliver the package without success, could not find my house (idiots) I then decided to drive to the DHL depo to collect the package. I am out of pocket. And I lay this at the door of Working Class Hero's, perhaps they can reimburse the 5.99, my petrol driving to Swindon and back and a day lost of my Consultancy Business.
Ordered a Burghaus hoody and it arrived quickly and very satisfied with the hoody. I'd never heard of Working class heroes and googled searching for a hoody and shopping and this was listed. Very happy and will most definitely shop there again. Thanks
The WCH site offered the product I wanted at a good price. Delivery was quick and I am happy with my purchase. Delivery was via DHL and although they did deliver on time, the tracking was quite vague so I wasn't sure when it was going to arrive until the day itself.
Good reduced price, colour accurate, very fast delivery, website could be a bit better when going from google, kind of went in circles a few times lol
Still nothing received and PayPal dispute logged unfortunately 20 days for a decision in which I'm sure it'll be in my favour as it's been 17 days but working class heroes still refuse to help even though they can contact Royal Mail and claim … I'll update daily though
I opted for the medium Gramicci Poncho and it's still rather long on my 5ft 5inches frame. That said, it covers well and would accommodate a rucksack underneath without loosing any relative coverage. I love the material used and it doesn't feel at all sticky in the weather of late, ( Warm and humid days). My only grumble is that the item housed in it's own pocket/come holder, is still a little too heavy and chunky. My wife went for the Rainkiss equivalent and that is much more manageable. The weight was mentioned in the original add but I would question it's accuracy. Overall it is a very effective rain cover and would not look out of place at any outdoors event come the British weather.
I had no problems at all with ordering fom this company. Delivery was quick and shoes were great. Sadly they didnt fit me properely and I had to return them. Return was straight forward and dealt with speedily. No complaints what so ever just good service
