Can't really relate with the negative comments here lol but in my opinion, they're probably the best marketing company that I've ever worked with and I have worked with many over the years. Sales reps were really cool with no BS and straight to the point. Onboarding was quick, easy and painless. After I gave the green light for everything, everything launched pretty quick. Took about a few weeks to see lower CPA's because we started a fresh campaign and audiences. Got a direct point of contact that works with me through everything. Only downfall would be that there's no meetings or phone support but that makes up for the really affordable pricing. I would consider that anyone looks into this company before shelling out thousands for another agency, paying ad spend fees, and getting generic service.

I would recommend Mark and his team. He created a very professional social media presence for us along with a website that has gotten us inquires over the last couple of months that paid for itself many times over. Prompt service with staff that is very smart with internet marketing.

I think Unified is one of the companies that anyone would wish to work with! I learned about it through one of my close friends who has used them for a while. I thought it was too much for what they were offering at first, but I would not look back because these arent ordinary services that they're offering but tested marketing methods that actually work. Very detailed work, extremely satisfied with your generosity and effort.

I hired Unified about a few months ago and we started getting traction though social media and being found in search engines but it simply took too long for it to all happen. Between providing revisions on the website to launch took about two weeks when I could create a website in a few days. I know it wouldn't be as comprehensive but it still would have been up. The team has been nothing but supportive (nothing against Matt he is a gem) but that doesn't fix the problem of taking so long to get into my market with my products which is why I'm giving them three stars. Things are progressing well now about three months later and I will change my review if it keeps up like this. Knowing that you guys are in marketing, you should know how important time to market is especially in e-commerce and this is something you should significantly improve with because time is something I cannot take back.

If you're looking for a marketing that actually works AS A PART OF YOUR TEAM then I would recommend Unified. I have spent countless months working with many other agencies that didn't personalize the marketing towards my business and just performed generalized services.

Save time. Use these guys. They manage several parts of the marketing for my business and it has been helping us a lot in comparison to how things used to be. Email marketing is literally selling our service for us, our social media is fruitful with posts and new followers that we don't pay a penny for and our website brings in the contact details for new clients a few times a week.

I rarely write reviews but this company deserves all the credit (just keep up the exceptional work).

Good company to work with if your looking for honest and straightforward search engine optimization. No bluffs, no games, straight honest work. I know a little about SEO and these guys know what they are talking about and they have the resources to get quick and safe rankings. Would recommend them after working with a company that just lied about everything and did nothing.

I am really happy to have found this company. I signed up with them a month ago and I was really skeptical about their pricing but they have really blown me away. They re-created my website and we pay a low monthly fee to have it managed and they always find ways to improve it. I switched from a freelancer and I so happy that my long nights are gone with having to fix everything multiple times.

Got started about two weeks ago and we are seeing good results with the campaign already. Only downfall was that I had to cut my margins a little by advice of my account manager but I took his advise since they know what they're doing and it made sense.

My account manager is always avaliable and his response times are quick. By the time I click send, he's already replying to me.

We have had reporting discrepancies when running daily reports for a given month and comparing the performance across multiple marketing channels. We get an "internal server error" when generating the reports. But, when comparing daily reports for multiple months over a period of time, there is no problem. We have addressed this issue time over time to our account manager but it hasen't been fixed yet and it's not the guys fault because he told us it's in the queue for the next release. We find this to be really important because we use it to determine cross-channel ROI. I am requesting your assistance with this matter and I am hoping this review turns it into a quick fix because don't get me wrong the marketing is working fine. Ticket #*******, #*******

Superb customer service

Why Unified has a bunch of great employees and management who stand behind the services that they offer. If you ever have any questions or concerns they are certainly good people to deal with and based on my concerns being resolved with management giving me the attention I deserve within moments of it being brought to their attention, I would say give them a try any day. Their customer service reminds of when I call AMEX since they carry the same standards of quality.

Whenever i have a question about our marketing their staff is always there to help if my main person is not there. I am happy than i dont need to keep track of al of my marketing and that i can focus on my business and marketing locally because one of the reasons i signed up with them is because i did not know what to do in order to stay relevant with customers and they have helped me all around.

We started an-e-commerce business with an idea and capital. We had no clue how to market our products on the internet so that they would get noticed and generate sales. After six months I still don't know that much about it, but that's ok, whyunified does. They helped created my sales funnels and run my ads. I started with a modest budget and have increased it twice during this time period. At first most of my sales went toward the advertising budget, now about 60% of sales go toward the advertising budget. With their guidance, our conversions and our sales are on the rise. They could generate more sales with more advertising budget but that won't decrease costs and make you as much money in the long run. Unless you have a golden chicken that lays golden eggs, there are no instant rewards with any business. It takes commitment and time.

This company was really easy to work with, I had to fill out a questionnaire and wait 7 days so that I could see my marketing plan. I loved this because it's not a generic plan and it gave me the option to see their work prior to approving to move forward.

I'd like them to include youtube ads and tik toks in the future since they don't offer those services now.

Happy with what they provided. I started a drop shipping business and all I needed to give them was my products. It really reduced the amount of up front cash I had to spend to get my store running. In exchange they provided me with conversion funnels for top products and manage our ads. For the money I spend with them I am able to create more stores.

Absolutely great experience with this company. We signed up, completed a simple form and they did the rest. We now have a sales funnel that does everything to sell our customers. I have been looking for a company like this for a long time that doesn't charge thousands.

Not bad for the price paid, but I think that their communication can improve. When I send an email to my account manager, it can take about 1-2 days when hearing from her and it can be frustrating when calls go to voicemail. I know I'm not the only client in this large company but a little attention goes a long way.

I'm impressed with the tracking they have with the marketing campaigns. We've never seen the ability to track the origin of the visitor all the way through a purchase and we found this important because we're doing other marketing aside from what they're doing for us and we needed a way to prove that what they were doing was working. Really cool platform and marketing programs they have there.

Whenever we run into a bump, we can trust why unified to help us through it. They are always there, and the work that they do is amazing. Everything they do is from a marketing perspective v/s having a graphic designer 'create a website'
