Many of our other partners have kicked us to the curb in these times. The response Why Unified has had in times of crisis in the globe has been exceptional along with all of the assistance that they have offered. With having to resort in closing our doors for store locations, Sam has given us direction in what to do to keep revenue flowing after coming to a near halt by expanding online and repairing our cash flows in different ways.
They quickly created our online store and had it up in less than a week and tied all of the other marketing we were doing with them to the online store and transitioned all of our in store customers to our website.
It's not what it used to be but I can tell you that we are open for business in comparison to many other stores that don't have the same reality. It's been a big but valuable learning lesson.

I use workplace and it's a fantastic platform that I use everyday to run my business but we we are having strains with having to only use Unified as a processor for payments. We would like to have the ability to integrate with Authorize.net and use our own processor even if we have to pay a monthly subscription for every app (like other platforms) we are open to that. If you plan on testing this with users, please add us as beta testers.
Trey, we understand that it's important with being able to choose your own credit card processor with Workplace. We do now have the option to integrate with 100's of processors when upgrading to Plus with Workplace.
I was not able to access my marketing metrics account for a few hours this week and it put me behind. I contacted my manager and I was eventually able to access it again but this should not be happening in 2019. I set a specific time once a week to see my metrics and this put my schedule behind. Who is going to pay for my lost time?

I have worked with so many marketing companies in the past and this is one of the first companies who has been honest with me about search engine optimization. Rather than targeting 50 keywords, they told me to focus on the top 15 and have the rest of them rank through the natural process. So many SEO companies are selling keywords when they are going to rank anyways if you are doing SEO for closeley similar words and if the website is optimized. Thank you for being honest and saving me money. You have a lifetime of a customer.

There's good news and bad news!
Good news is that I have a really good store that why unified assigned to me and it's cash flow positive.
Bad news is that it too longer than I expected for it to all happen. I was under the impression that I would be profitable from day one, but it took about a month or so for everything to balance out.
Either way, I'm really happy! I just think that improvment could be used with sharing better expectations. To be truthful, there was no specific date mentioned by the team but only rough estimates.
All in all, I would recommend this company. Very fast to respond to questions, concerns, and with providing helpful input. One of the many companies that actually did what they said they would do even though it too longer than I expected.
Good experience with them. I let them handle everything for me with dropshipping and it has been a success. Hidden gem of a company with real results.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the services provided by Why Unified Business. I recently made a substantial payment for two plans, specifically the Dropship Plus and the Amazon Prime Add-On, with the explicit expectation of receiving branded products for my FBA Seller Central account.
Despite dedicating a considerable amount of time and resources, approximately five long months, I have witnessed no tangible progress or results whatsoever. My repeated inquiries regarding the situation have been met with empty promises, claiming that all issues would be resolved within a mere two business days.
The current circumstances are not only completely unacceptable but also demonstrate a lack of professionalism and integrity on the part of Why Unified Business.
I sincerely hope that you will understand the gravity of the situation. I expect a prompt response to this complaint, keeping me informed of any progress, updates, or resolutions to rectify the substantial failures and disappointments I have experienced thus far.

My last marketing company was really ppoor and used to post to Facebook with pathetic posts that showed that they spent no time on creating something that made a difference in customers understanding our brand. They were impersonal and sounded more like sales pictures. Love how this company handles working with new clients. They dont take a penny from you until they've established all of your marketing campaigns and until you know how they work to reach milestones in your business. Clear expectations are set, the plan was detailed and the essence of the company is just great! 100% a scam with lots of fake reviews. I spent about $8k total and they got me $29 in sales. What a joke. Then I complain and they tell me they did everything they were supposed too and im out of luck and they WILL NO LONGER TALK TO ME ABOUT IT. They have fake reviews all over the internet saying the same thing word for word. Meanwhile their 1 star reviews essentially had the same thing happen. Company makes promises of sales, takes money, does a VERY bad job, customer complains and they say the customer is out of luck, no refund, no compensation, no assistance, NOTHING extra to keep the customer, or fix the situation. Avoid at all cost. They are a bunch of liars. 7 months and $29 in sales is a joke. I got assigned a new case manager, Jacob, who assured me that when I tried to apply for a refund for the months I had not used from my annual plan, that the 40% termination fee would not apply and they would remove it. Not only did that not happen, he claims he never said that, never promised that, and that the termination fee doesn't exist in terms of an early termination fee when applying for a refund. Not only do they suck at their jobs, they hire people that TALK AND TALK but say nothing. I have a more indepth review on BBB.
The picture attached is of my case manager Jacob, who not only lied, dragged out another 2 months of calls and emails to just say No, you will not receive anything. He promised he the termination fee would be waived.
These guys need a lawsuit. Someone PLEASE organize this.

OK! So I have been on the PLUS plan for some time now and here is how things worked for me:
Signed up, sales people were really nice and informative. What they told me matched up with everything I experienced after the fact. This was a big deal to me because a lot of companies say about anything to get a sale. Huge plus!
I saw the marketing plan, and is was really in depth. It literally took me about a whole day of reading. They did not miss any points here and I appriciate the transparency. All of the information seems very accurate and punctual.
After they set me up and got me up and running, things were pretty slow in the start but I wasn't really in a rush because I wanted this to be a long term business. I followed all of the recommendations my account manager suggested and over time things started picking up and being very consistent.
- I made back all of the money I invested plus about $15K profit after three months. I did have to invest a larger chunk than I expected though.
Overall, this company is awesome. They're on top of the trends and they're not selling outdated dropshipping products which explains why it works so well.
I would jump on this as EARLY as possible because it may just get saturated like AliExpress did a few years from now.
So far so good. I've gotten my initial sales from their service and the funnels are looking great. I'm happy with the customer service that I have received so far. First place I've seen creating sales funnels for stores and it's replaced my website lol Thx!
Straight up not a bad things to say. I did hire another company to run my ads on other platforms since you guys only work with FB/IG. I guess that was a bummer. Also wish other agencies priced out like you guys do. I appriciate how you worked with the other agencies in sharing as much information about the store and your marketing proccess so it's all tied together.
On the FB ads part, things were solid. Ads looked good and the optimization was really consistant. I want to say that you guys did outperform the other agencies on TT and SC but its still too early to tell.

Don't get me wrong you guys are doing a good job with our marketing but sometimes it takes about a day for you to respond to my email. I shoulsent have to call to get answers to simple questions when I can just email you, that's the purpose of email!

Used this company for the last two years. 100% legit. They are real and don't bs around and that is really hard to find. Brought my failing eCom business to them and they brought me out of a hole with everything depending on it, including a secured personal loan I took out at that time. Not that they should care, but after I sent them screenshots, they actually did. It was a nerve racking experience but they were my last shot after everyone else screwed me over. I woulden't work with anyone but them. I have a really good relationship with my account manager and I woulden't give it up for the world. I literally ask him for straight up advice with no icing on the cake and I take it. I made that clear with him at the start lol probably thought I was a wacko but that is the way it should be!

I've worked with several marketing companies in the past, usually they would do our SEO and SMM and just take more and more money from us without giving us results I guess they were more focused on getting you ripped off.
I was really skeptical that whyunified would go in the same direction but as soon as I saw their plan I knew it was gonna be a completely different approach and was happy with it, I decided to commit and continue my subscription. Wish I had found out about unified earlier
