Wholesale Marine

I received 4 deck chairs. 3 were perfect, one was damaged and you can see it was from the factory and you can also see the factory did a terrible job at repairing the product. Both wood arm rests were badly damaged. At the factory they filled the holes and damaged areas with wood filler (filler a different color than the arm rest). Then shipped as first quality goods. When I notified Marine Wholesale of the issue and that I had already thrown the carton away they stated they could not help me. While they did send me a return label they would not send me a new box to ship the chair back in. This is a large chair so you cant ship this in just any box. Wholesale Marine will not send a replacement chair until they receive back the damaged chair even though I sent pictures. So now I am stuck with a damaged chair that I paid full price for and Wholesale Marine will still not send me a box for the return. I told them to ship me one new chair and when I get the new chair I will use that box to return the damaged chair but seems like these people do not get that concept. All other e-commerce companies do this and if you dont return the damaged item back they charge you again. WHATS WRONG WITH MARINE WHOLESLAE? I will never buy from them again... suggest you dont either! Poor customer service and poor return policy!

I had ordered a OB starter relay to try to adapt it to my older Honda 15HP electric start as the Honda replacement part was an obscene $75. The order arrived as expected. The unit I purchased from Wholesale Marine was listed for some other OB brand(s) and bigger HP. I would have appreciated detailed sizing and amperage capacity but that was not available. The unit has been creatively fitted into the cowling and it worked, at $20 rather than the $75 for the Honda part via Honda.com.

I have been using you all off and on for about 4-5 yrs. That said, I got what I ordered, very fast, in good condition! My problem is if you can get the main ingredient, why can I not get the external sensor, other than a vendor that charges more than the cost of the original component! I need the secondary sensor SA 186SB! It either can't be got, or the price for drop ship etc, etc, is more than the original price, and then some!
If you stock the main component, why is it almost impossible to get the what else is needed. Went two mfg direct, and same thing. Person did not even know who their dist, are!

I wasn't going to write a negative review but since you asked... Whioever did the bill of lading focused only on the zip code and not the delivery address that appeared on the on line order, the order acknowledgement, the shipping label and the invoice. They put the zip code into an app and produced a bill of lading that sent the shipment to a different city with no street address. As a result we had to get the shipping company to petition the shipper for a change of delivery address which added four days to delivery time. Shipping address and credit card info seem like the two most basic requirements to processing any order. They got one of the two things right the first time. The item was as ordered.

I ordered a Prop from Wholesale Marine. I still not have received my Prop. I will never order from Wholesale Marine again.
1st, they have false advertising. When I placed it Im my cart it stated in stock and will ship next business day.

2nd, the tracking number they sent is in-valid.

3rd, I purchased this prop from Wholesale Marine. They are responsible for their service, even when it is dropped ship.

This is by far, the worst experience I have had with an on-line store. My Pontoon was scheduled to be put in the water today and had to cancel due to missing prop

Like the title says it arrived extremely fast for free shipping. The only concern was with one of the items that arrived in a separate box. My shipment came in 2 boxes. The first box was fine but the second box had a single 32 ounce bottle of 3M buffing compound. The top had been smashed in which created a small hole once I popped the top back up. Instead of paying shipping and a restock fee I decided to just put RTV in the hole and put tape over it so it doesnt spray out. So the 4 star rating comes from the lack of packing material. They did put the compound in a plastic bag which would prevent leaks but if it would have been packed a little better it wouldnt have gotten a hole in it to begin with.
