Brandon is the best! Not only was he professional, courteous, kind and efficient, he got me the best deal from LAX to Paris! He pulled off some pretty demanding requests too: he put me on the same flight as my girlfriend who had already bought her ticket, and was unfortunate to book directly through Air France and pay triple (!) but also he secured another ticket for my boyfriend who was meeting me in Europe but wanted to be on the same flight with me on the return! He ended up getting two customers because of his efforts!
I initially had some other companies helping me but not one of them had the same manner and commitment that Brandon executed, to make me feel like he was really willing and able to help me and followed through. Trust is an important component to any business and this will 100% make me a returning customer!

WATCH OUT. SCAMMERS all the way. Wholesale Flights is more than a bait and switch operation. Their dishonesty goes beyond that. When you buy a ticket from them they ask you to fill in a "Security Release Form". The very very small very fine print on the bottom tells you that if you don't check the box at the bottom of the page they will start charging your credit card a $9.95 subscription monthly fee. If you don't track your credit cards carefully, you'll be paying them forever.
In addition - the way they saved me money on the one flight I bought from them was to buy two overlapping round trip tickets - and then only sent me information on the two legs of the trip I was flying on. I didn't realize what they'd done until I went to the airport on the first leg.
I'm trying to get my money back from the monthly subscription fee but they're wholly unhelpful. This group is deceptive and dishonest. WATCH OUT.

Bought a ticket from the about a month ago and recently called them to do a date change. I've been through this before with other agencies and dreaded what the penalty and level of difficulty it may take to do it. Luckily I booked through wholesale. The agent that helped me was Blake and to my knowledge, he did everything he could possibly do to keep the cost minimum to change the flight. It only cost me $150 and I got results right away, no waiting, no pain from the huge costs of penalties from most airlines these days. I'm glad they're not like other companies who take advantage of certain situations like this. I'll be booking with them again in the future.

After hearing great comments from a friend and reading rave reviews about Kevin, I decided to give him a call about my upcoming flight. Not only did he find me the flight I was looking for, he saved me a lot of money on it too and even managed to upgrade me to first class on the way back. I'm so happy to be referred and am planning to leave the whole internet booking behind.

Booking through wholesale could not be any easier. They called me within minutes of submitting a request on their website and was quick to find me several flight options. I picked what I liked and that was history. I'll be using wholesale flights more often from now on.

Alex has a great sense of humor so it's easier to talk with him about the more serious things in life like my business trips. I've booked with them before and everything seemed normal, over the phone travel agency with some good prices. Not until recently that I was really amazed. I had to book a last minute ticket just the other day and could not get a good price anywhere. Good thing wholesale came to mind. I gave Carina(agent who helped me last) a call and gave her the urgent details. In just a few moments, she had a great flight for me, one that I could stomach price wise. With this, I've kept her contact information for future use to lessen the stress and trouble of searching for a good priced flight.

This review is a little bit late but I just got back from my trip and thought this is well deserved by the agent who assisted me. Frank was fantastic when I needed to book my flight. Not only did he give me the lowest cost for the flight. He also took care of everything else as well. Ho chose the best seats available for me on both flights, specified my meal preferences to the airline and even went above and beyond to give them my frequent flyer numbers for my points as well. I have an upcoming trip and I have a feeling that I only need to make one call and I'll be good to go.

Booking through the phone is a lot less painless than I thought! With the help of Kevin, I was able to book my trip exactly as I wanted it, picked my seats and request my flight preferences within an hour. I'm glad i found the site and I'm sure I'll be using them again.

I booked my ticket about a week and a half ago with Frank. He was great in the booking process but became an even better travel agent in my point of view when he called me 3 days before my trip to follow up with me and make sure I had all my travel needs and documents all set. This is the true meaning of customer service, it doesn't end at the end of the phone call, it continues.
