I accidentally bought the Followinglike full version twice, in fact I only need one version, but because of my carelessness, I found this error only two days later, so I immediately contacted their support for a refund, at the beginning they ask me if I would like to switch to other software or is there any other better solutions, but I still want a refund, and then they refund me immediately.
Afterwards, I encountered many problems in using the software. They are still very enthusiastic to help me solve the problem and even create tasks. I am really fortunate to meet such a company and get a perfect software!

So far, i have a very excellent experience with whtiehatbox, their software helps my business to be a new level.

One point i want to mention is that their support team is extremely helpful and responsive to any concerns that arise. They were here to guide me step by step any time i had a new question or needed help. Thanks for your great service, and Looking forward to having more opportunities to cooperate with your guys in the future.

This is a company that should be shutdown, and if they would be in a western country they probably would but they are in China with basically no cyberlaws. I've bought followinglike which is crappy hard to use software. I wanted a refund but they offered to add certain functionality to it within 2/3 weeks. They kept postponing it everytime for a few weeks. It's been 3 months away now and its still unusable software, lacking the functionality they promised. My patience was gone and wanted a refund, which of course was still not possible. They keep looping around in their emails in order to drive you nuts because it costs so much energy that most people just give up. It's borderline fraud. I've opened a paypal dispute and hope to get my money back that way. Please don't buy from this company and look for an alternative. The salespages look great and you think this is the software you're looking for but the actual software is crap. Once you realize that there's no way back as they don't do any refunds, under no circumstance. There's only 1 reason they don't and that is because they know that the product they sell is crap.

These are con artists. "Stay away!" says it. They will not give a refund. Currently in dispute with credit card company. In simplest terms: The software was too hard to install. It presented security risks.it required downloading a program my techie told me to avoid. Spinner Chief never clearly stated their refund policy until after the sale. Spinner Chief did not disclose additional charges added to the purchase price because they are in China.

When you attempt to download. Exe file, my security program says it is a known risk. And then their YouTube video says to ignore this because the software is safe. That's enough to ask for a refund which they will not do under any circumstances.

Then they are masters of the run-around and hope you will throw up your hands and say "I am not going to bother with this." Their emails are rude and arrogant couched in "please" and "we are sorry."

Don't buy "Trafficbotpro" traffic software before you read this, you should ask many question before buying this software, such as do they provide a full refund, software compatible with all os, fully supported from software error or bugs, and many more... This software only works for your local country (local ip), the software runs all your traffics from your own local area, which mean if you're from Asian countries, you will get very low cpc earning, if you like to gain traffic from high paying cpc countries like US, UK and Europe, you have to spend more money to buy premium proxy service, you have to spend more money to work with it around, they never explained about the details from their selling page, they didn't provided any step by step user guide for you to download, there's no online setting guide for this software, this software does have a lot of bugs, not user friendly, it's too complicated to set things up, when you decided to request a refund, they always gives many reason and excuse, they will ask you to upgrade (pay more) the software, finally, you will never get your refund back! To all online buyers, please stay away and don't buy or subscribe any products from "Whitehatbox".
