Despite reaching out multiple times, no resolution has been provided, and I feel my concerns have been completely disregarded.
To clarify, I was simply requesting a refund for the lack of transparency concerning the shipping fees at checkout, which I believe is a reasonable and fair expectation. Instead, I have experienced repeated delays and a lack of action, despite Whitefox having already received my payment.
I understand that the import fees are out of their control, but I paid $100 CAD for 2 dresses that I don't have, and they're giving me $30USD in store credit? That's ridiculous.
Honestly, Whitefox is completely money-obsessed and entirely disregards their customers

I have NEVER dealt with a company with such poor customer service. All I wanted was to exchange or get store credit for a few items that were the wrong size that I purchased for my granddaughter for Christmas. They DO NOT reply to emails; except for automated replies that say they have received my message & will get back with me - they never do. Oh, the automated replies also say don't send additional messages because I will lose my place in the queue. And no phone number to try that route. It's now February 11,2025 & I began my attempt on Dec 27,2024. Definitely long enough for the issue to be resolved. I will be giving the items to charity & purchasing something else for my granddaughter. I am not the type of person to get online & register complaints, but their service is nonexistent & I felt I just had to share in the hopes of saving someone else frustration & money. Bottom line: If you have any problems with merchandise from White Fox, you won't get your money refunded. I do not recommend White Fox.
Still have yet to receive the items I purchased. I have sent email after email and nothing. If you go on their social media and make a comment, they will respond asking for your order number as if they care, but then they never get back to you. Just don't do it... save your energy and money.
After waiting a month for my express delivery package it eventually came on December 6th. I then had to report a missing item. They took two weeks to respond, where they asked for me to send a picture of the package undamaged and everything that came in it. Considering it was two weeks ago I already threw the package away and took everything out of the bag. After explaining that they still haven't answered my email about the missing item I bought. They have very poor communication and I feel very disregarded. At this point I don't think they're going to do anything about it. I've spent over 1,000$ on white fox brand and they couldn't even send me an update about my missing item within the package. I really thought I liked white fox and could trust them but after this I will not be buying from them again and will surely not suggest it anymore. They scammed me and disregarded my email.
Scammed me out of my $110USD. I placed an order for that sum & it never came. I kept contacting White Fox with them not replying. Way later I find out that they gave me store credit for that sum but never told me! When I realized I have the credit it was already expired because I never knew about it & was not notified... I got in contact with customer service & they refuse to resolve the problem they created. They just stole $108 from me... what scammers...
Shipping and customer service is awful. The clothing is nice but I am very disappointed in their customer service and shipping issues.
I had a last second change of mind on sizing which caused issues with my discount code not working, one quick email to support and I was provided a new one. My order was shipped the same day I placed it and being in Sydney the free express shipping saw the package arrive the very next day! 10/10 team, will order again.
I'm continuously impressed with White Fox Boutique. I've ordered so many items from them, and each time I've been completely satisfied with the quality and fit. The quality of their clothes is amazing, especially for the price point. They're constantly offering great discounts for their clothing which makes things more affordable. I also have been so happy with their customer service team. They always respond quickly, are extremely kind, and help me find the correct size or answer restock questions. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is that I do wish their returns process was better. As a customer from the United States, it's expensive to return any items to their base in Australia, and White Fox does not cover the cost. I hope that their returns process can be more seamless in the future! Otherwise, I would recommend this brand to anyone looking for cute, fashion forward, quality clothing for their wardrobe!

Fixed my order issue right away and responded quickly on the first business day after sending an email. I love the quality of their clothes so it makes me want to continue to shop on the site knowing they also have great customer service!
The products are fantastic although I have recently just placed an order and it has been almost 2 weeks. No response back from the company when asking about shipment. 2 emails and no reply. Says it would take 1-4 days for shipping! It is for a gift and worried it may not arrive.
Sizing is genuinely terrible, I have never experienced anything like it. I regret ordering from here — there are no reviews on the website and size chart is totally inaccurate. I got a matching set and the bottoms fit fine (maybe even slightly big and were stretchy) whole the top isn't even close to being able to zip. Both were S and were my matches according to the size chart. I am typically S/XS. I truly don't even know who this top would fit. Would be fine I guess if they allowed returns — I wanted to order the top again but the size I got was so off that I don't even know whether the next size up would fit, and I'm not going to order multiple sizes knowing I can't get a refund. I'm so annoyed with the entire experience
I've mostly gotten swimsuits from here but from those purchases here is what I can tell. The material is great and pretty comfortable and a lot of their designs are cute. I haven't had them for long so idk how well it'll hold up but so far it's doing great, it hasn't stretched out or gotten weird like bathing suits do when in chlorine for a while. It is a bit overpriced though, you could find some of the stuff at Amazon or at Target.
Overall I would rate my experience as quite good, even though I received the wrong items at first. But the Team of White Fox was very helpful, I let them know about the mistake and they handled everything quite well. And mistakes can always happen, so I‘m not holding a grudge just because of that.
Quality of items is really good as well.
It took many, many weeks and a lot of follow-up, but true to her word, Grace from White Fox worked with us to process a refund. Grace was extremely professional and very helpful! She responded to each of our emails promptly, and when our return was received by White Fox she processed a refund. It hasn't hit my credit card yet, but I have every faith that it will.
While I still stand by the quality issues we experienced, I must withdraw my complaint about their customer service. Grace could not have been more helpful.
WHITE FOX IS A SCAM!
If we were permitted to leave NO stars we most certainly would! Why oh why did I not come to SiteJabber before letting her purchase?
Long story short, our 17 year old Daughter saved $300 to purchase her grade 12 prom dresses (She has 2 proms to go to on the same weekend). She ordered from White Fox in Australia.
I'll get straight to the point - the dresses arrived and they were NOT anything like the posting. She ordered two smalls, and received what might have been a medium, along with a dress that fit me (I am a size 12).
We took the time to measure her as per the sizing charts on the White Fox website, but that was a complete waste of time - the sizing charts mean absolutely nothing.
White Fox has no way to speak with a live person - no telephone number whatsoever - they've done an excellent job of hiding themselves when it comes to trying to contact them.
They do not honor their quality - there are NO refunds. Store credit - for one year only, after they receive your return. We fully expect them to say they never received our return... that seems to be how this transaction has gone so far.
She paid $62 in duties and taxes on top of the dress cost! I've ordered hundreds of dollars of materials from overseas and have never paid such high rates.
We've sent the dresses back (at a postage fee of $42), maybe she can buy a few t-shirts for the $300 credit - if she receives it.
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WHITE FOX - IT IS A SCAM SITE!
Order # was 1000641368 - Ordered "Take Me Back Maxi Dress" in Red size Small, and "Run Free Maxi Dress in Navy" size Small.
In desperation we took the dresses to three professional seamstresses - hoping to have them altered/resized. Not one would even touch them - they said the quality was not worth fixing and they did not want their names associated with the dresses. We agree!
Please search for other reviews - please keep your after-tax dollars - White Fox is not worth the frustration.
Online shops should really ban together to void the industry of these types of schemers - I know our Daughter has been burned twice shopping online, and at 17 no longer wants to take the risk.

I ordered 2 clothing items from White Fox for my daughter's birthday. (I live in the US) I emailed them when I never received an email conformation. Thankfully, I took a screen shot after ordering so I'd have some type of conformation number but it didn't matter... I emailed Sara at White Fox several times over two weeks and was told that my order was never actually completed, and I would need to submit and pay for another order! Of course, I'm not submitting or paying for another order! I already purchased the first order that White Fox lost and somehow can't seem to find. White Fox couldn't find my order, my email, my address or my payment! I would advise against purchasing from White Fox! After all of this, which was about 2 weeks and 10 emails between me and their AI generated customer service, the order magically showed up on my doorstep… so frustrating! Apparently, I was right! Imagine that! I did place the order correctly and I did pay for it yet your customer service couldn't find my order and advised me to place another order… I would never order from here again!
I asked to cancel my order immediately after placing it. They would not - now they will not issue a refund on the item. DO NOT order from this company. If I could give them a zero - I would!
I ordered a sweatshirt for my granddaughter for Christmas. They promptly debited my account but I have not received the merchandise. They are not responding to my request for an explanation.

Purchased items for Christmas on Black Friday. They never shipped an item out. But they set it as shipped so it sits in Australia's port, so you can't cancel an order once you realize they are never going to ship you clothes.
Answer: It's a scam! No refunds only store credits that does not include shipping or customs charge! Dresses do not look the same in real life. Quality is very poor for expensive price! Shop on Showpo and Princess Polly instead. Good quality for the price.
