Next day shipping for my order did not happen- Took 4 days to ship. Per the tracking info from UPS the order originated in Miami, Fl (I live in Jacksonville, Fl) It was then shipped and delivered (5 days after the ship date) to an address in Penn. I contacted UPS for confirmation of delivery which confirmed delivery to address in Penn. Supplied by Web Eye Care. Contacted Web Eye Care and they recognized their error.and would not offer next day delivery. I was told to expect delivery in 3-4 more days. Which means expected delivery 11 to 12 days after order was placed.
This date had a great price. Put 2 boxes of lenses in my virtual cart. Hit checkout. In SMALL print, it said I would be charged $40 and some cents for "handling" oh this order. Their response when I called? "Everyone else does it"... I'll find a more straightforward and trustworthy site to order from.
I had no problems with my first order of contacts so I decided to order again. My order came in a very timely manner and was correct. I had a great experience both times and will use Webeyecare again. I like the price too!
I love that this could be done at anytime. It convenient no hassle to make appt. Drive to and eye doctor and wait for your turn. The test is easy to navigate and get results quickly to get your glasses or contact order. Totally would use them for next eye exam.
The price was the lowest I could find on line for the dailies contact lenses so I thought I would try the company. They shipped my order right away and I received it quickly. The packaging on order was great with paper support inside box - I mention this because the box was dented in one corner by mail service but the interior product was undamaged due to proper packing. I will definitely use this company for future contact purchases.
Fast delivery, good price, and have never disappointed. Also happy that they don't require minimum purchase amount. I can or 1 box or 100. Other sites require 3 box minimum.
