If ever there was a customer service person that went beyond the call of duty to assist then it would have to be Stan, OMG, he was sensational, calm, patient, and helpful. Normally you would be passed from one agent to another in a never ending circle of frustration, but with Stan, this was NOT the case. HE called the relevant departments, HE made the effort to find the solution, not once, but 3 times, 3 different departments, sure, I was on hold for a while but it was SO worth it. Give this man a pay rise, and a medal

I just finished beginner trader welcome meeting. All I can say is that it was fantastic from start to finish. Nicholas was my mentor.
