I found video jeeves is worst company every. They steal my money and send me worst video animation, please keep away from them.

This company will call/email you over and over for a sale. If you give them your credit card info they will take more from you AND never refund you. If you ask them to refund your card on the first day (after seeing their other HORRIBLE reviews) they WILL NOT refund you but make excuses why they will but it will take time.

There business model is just to sca people out of money. I dont think they will deliver a video or my money EVER.

I believe VIDEOTHIEVES is better suited name. This company is a joke. Delivered NOTHING but EXCUSES... promised a full refund of over $2000 for OVER 6 months. Then they stated they had "financial problems" and would pay me back in payments, but just like they failed to deliver a quality product, they failed once again, and again, and again, to follow through with the promise of a refund. Save yourself the headache, LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE for service! Recruit a kindergartener for heavens sake, atleast they would deliver some art worthy to hang on your fridge. You will not find any adequate "services" through these thieves. If you are looking to give away money, skip these creeps, and donate to a charity.

We worked on several projects with Video Jeeves and they were very cooperative and responsive. They way they handle their project and deliver the final product on time must be appreciated. I would definitely ask others to avail their services.

Video Jeeves produced an outstanding video for us at very low rate. They handled the entire process really well and did a really nice voice over as well. Their work exceeded our expectations and I would refer them for video production to others.

The last year of wrestling with Video Jeeves has been a nightmare. STAY AWAY from them. Any of the top reviews here were probably written by employees of Video Jeeves, based on the misspellings and poor grammar. The "web design" drafts they delivered were terrible - misspellings, didn't get our name right, used inappropriate photos (one woman looked like a prostitute or worse). "Customer service" involves being on hold and never getting answers. This experience could not have been worse.

I hired these guys for 5 short 2 minute videos. The job was to do a voiceover and then overlay some words on the remaining videos.

The voiceover was very average and pronunciation was off. Took forever to do and it was very clear they did not give a crap about their work.

The worst part was the word overlay videos. It looked as though it had been done using youtube movie maker. It was beyond terrible. After several emails they send me some new copies only to be riddled with spelling mistakes- can't use any of them. They outsource to Pakistan or somewhere. Paid good money and can't use any of it.

For gods sake stay away from them.

I really liked the video quality that was designed by video Jeeves for us. It was just in accordance with all our requirements. I really liked working with them as they were too cooperative. I would definitely ask others to use their services.

I cannot thanks the team of video Jeeves enough for rendering all their efforts for my video. The concept and story behind the video was outstanding. I was always looking for an idea like this but was not getting fit.

It has been a great experience working with the team of video Jeeves. These guys are amazing and they did a great job for us. I was really impressed with the video quality and they delivered the work on time which was great.

I am confused by the positive reviews. My experience was horrible. They run a schedule of their own, do not hit or achieve agreed upon deadlines, the individuals they have writing content do not spell or write the English language. You are provided a multitude of grammatical and typographical errors that make no sense. The finished product was sub par (at best) and is now sidelined because of the way the voice over and graphics turned out.

Don't take your work to these scammers. Keep away they steal your money and never respond your queries.

The video that I got from VJ was a hit! Loved how they played around with the concept and executed it to perfection.

Excellent work by the VideoJeeves poeple. Our website has an explainer video which is made by them. Simply describing the video, its "short and sweet". A 33 sec video which describes everything about us. our concept is new and so was the work. Really impressed, and thats what our say about... really glad
