My best advice for you if you are trying to promote your YT channel like me is to give Veefly a chance.

I am always careful of marketing businesses that claim to help people get ridiculous numbers of followers or views to YT, etc. So I read carefully the reviews of Veefly.com and even saw some YT reviews about this company before I started.
I am only 2 days into my campaign with Veefly and the results are outstanding. People are definitely responding well to my video and I'm getting both like and subscribers in realistic numbers.
I did read through the negative reviews here of people complaining that only bots are watching their videos. Unfortunately if your content does not appeal to the public, no marketing company can really help you. You will need to restrategize your videos.
I have a literal 10-year plan with my YT projects so I think I'm going to continue using Veefly. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10.

While their prices are well balanced the site is VERY confusing. I even got locked out of choosing descriptive words for my campaign (I used no derogatory terms). When I asked for help I got a person named Miley who told me to empty my browser cache and that everything looked good oh their end, and to try again in an hour. Thats it. No further help. It clearly wasn't my browser. I reached a dead end with their "costumer service" in about a 2 minutes. I won't use them again.
I love the results. However, I wished there was an option to improve the subscriber count.

I bought my first order for a new video that was doing well for me, getting 150 views quickly and pretty much everyone was watching over 60%. I should promote it so more people would see it, as I was proud of the video. I saw good reviews for Veefly on this site, so I thought I could trust them. I spent 100 dollars to promote my video, and I saw views instantly come in and in, and I was happy, but the next day, I went on to my YouTube studio and saw all 2000 views were listed as external, and my Average percentage viewed has gone down to less the 5%. I have learned they were all bots that quickly clicked on the video, liked it and left, ruining my video in the eyes of the algorithm. It's only good for vanity views, not for actual growth and promotion.
I don't believe that the subscribers are real. After 2 campaigns with Veefly zero comments from my new subscribers
Staff was fantastic on follow up good up sell. Invisible product hard to measure results. Going to try different company next campaign
The service itself is good, but not perfect. The numbers showed more results than were actually received. Especially since I also used a +30% coupon. Still, it's not bad, just good.
