Was received on time as was new dosing for my dog. My other concern
Is there is no auto fill and if needed takes time for new script then sending
Regular mail I will always end up paying the extra 22.50 shipping something that
I can not afford to do as I'm already paying double having to buy the two packs
Of 5 mg... rather than 10 as my dog was reacting

Great deal for my dog's Rx compared to other vet suppliers and at the vet's office. Some vet offices will match prices but want proof of the price on paper dated the same day that you pick up the prescription. That is really hard to accomplish at most online vet suppliers so this is why I choose ValleyVet.

The part we ordered came promptly, was reasonably priced and extremely easy to install. I would highly recommend this product. I have used it for 5 years with no complaints. Motors give out eventually and it is so easy to replace.

Valley Vet was very easy to deal with and they are very prompt. This was our first experience with a vet prescription order. However, I really question why ValleyVet has to use the more expensive way of shipping--UPS. I get my prescriptions via Express Scripts and they send by U.S. Mail, which is cheaper. Valley Vet is not saving any time via UPS, as they show a 5 day delivery time.

I've always had excellent service with Valley Vet for the past 12 or more years I've been dealing with them. The rare item that was received damaged was always replaced promptly. We also have an excellent UPS delivery person and have never received a damage package. Some products sold by Valley Vet ARE better made than others regardless of price. The hay bags do need reinforced stitching.

We have not had the opportunity to use these yet since they were shipped two weeks later than stated in the order.

I am hopeful that they will be great once we have the chance to plug them in for use.

Even though my young three-year-old paint is still not quite understanding how to get his treats out of the unit he still enjoys kicking it around. Very sturdy product and will give it time with perhaps putting hay cubes in it instead of apples and carrots. Overall pleased with the strength and durability of the item.
