This is my first time using this service. Not knowing where we will be seated made me nervous, but I am going to depend on the integrity of your company. I made a call and was given my seat numbers for the Motown show. I hope there will not be any hassle when we go to receive our vouchers.
Booking was reasonably easy. The only reason I didn't score 5 was because the gentleman at the customer service desk (Mr Adkins is the name he gave me) at Vacations Made Easy office we were told to go to get our vouchers refused to give them to us. He said it was a timeshare that would take 90 minutes and we wouldn't get all that we'd paid for. That panicked us. I called the original number that we set things up with. Vivian told me she fixed our account so that we could pull vouchers up on my phone. It worked but I arrived very early at all events so they could verify my information with what was on file. Maybe, since your contact in Nashville appears to be "shady", you should find a more dependable voucher contact or make vouchers available only on our phones. The events were enjoyable. Other contacts at your office who where helpful were Adam and Ace.
Booking made easy for events! It would be helpful to know when you order that you have to visit the welcome center to get the tickets, especially if you weren't traveling from the direction of the center

I was contacted immediately when I made a mistake, picked the wrong month on one event, the team contacted me within 24 hours and together we fixed the error. Wish there were more like this.
Easy and saved me money. However, it would be much easier if tickets were emailed. It can take up to two hours to get there during busy seasons like now.

Very disorganized and somewhat deceiving. Ordered tickets received email stating it was processing and I would be notified by email how to pick up tickets. Waited an hour and began to panick. My husband called and talked to Marco. Was told he would expedite email and we would have within 20 minutes. Received email survey about the call but no ticket info. Called back from my phone …. Rang endlessly. Used my husband's cell and call was quickly picked up.
Husband asked to talk to supervisor. Before the transfer went through there was a recorded message basically stating they call was being transferred to supervisor and customer should control their frustrations. Obviously they have many angry callers. In the end we cancelled transaction. Transferred am money to our other account to prevent any more funds being taken out( the company is very sketchy)we ended up losing about $30 in cancelling. We will be contacting BBB and Attorney General to try to get this money refunded.

This was so quick and easy! We booked our Riverboat Criuse while on vacation in Nashville.
The Riverboat was awesome! The food was amazing and everything was nice and hot. The show was very entertaining. I would highly recommend this cruise.

Great.recommended by our bus city tour guide and we had perfect weather and the performers were exceptional.
Good so far. We are looking forward to this once in a lifetime experience. Don't like not knowing what seats we have and Having to pick up the tickets in person is inconvenient but we are told it will be quick and easy. The front desk person reassured me that everything will be fine for September show.
Communications or sketchy, many redirect to different entities, and poor conditions at the hotel
