They don't show any orders. Reassign and refund orders forcefully and unjustly without giving any reason.
This is a review as well as my concerns about my poor treatment at Uvocorp. It is for the Uvocrop management. I will delete this review if my concerns are heard. My profile ID is *******.
In no way, I want to offend anyone at Uvocorp. I just want to honestly put forth my concerns.
Uvocorp has become very unfair to good writers that have been with them for years. I have been their writer since 2017. Now this season, I see no orders on my profile. Literally no orders. I got more orders during the low seasons than I have been able to get during this high season. All I have been getting are inquires and 1-2 engineering orders on my "available orders" page. I used to consistently earn around $400 during low seasons and $600-700 during high seasons. However, this high season, All I was able to earn was $50 in October and around $100 in September. The same is the situation in November up until now. I sent messages to the support and writers department about the issue of no available orders but that didn't help either. In mid-October, I was only shown one order when I raised this issue. They said they don't have any orders and published that one order during the exact time so it was only then that I was able to get that one order during October. I am earning $50 during the time when I used to earn $700. I have been seeing a few orders on my "available orders" page for the past 2-3 days but this is the only one exception in the last six months.
I raised one of my issues on their Facebook group a few months ago but they deleted the group when one of my orders was in the process of getting unfairly disputed and refunded. This is the order number #*******. The customer only sent random comments for the first page of the 12-page order. They were just random comments for the sake of commenting. It was a progressive order and the customer asked me to work on the next part but was saying that it was not a good first part. You can check the order and will be the better judge. I asked the customer to be honest about the quality because it was just random comments on the first page of the order and because the order was perfect. However, before I could get any reply, the support immediately refunded the order to the customer and put a fine on me double the price of the order. I had not even rejected or accepted the second part. I was just waiting for the customer's reply and they suddenly refunded the order. I would have accepted the second part of the order after receiving the customer's reply. They also deleted their Facebook group after that. I could not raise this issue anywhere. Plus I was also awarded an additional $400 fine. The order didn't even go on the "dispute" status. It was canceled and refunded after the customer had approved it. I received the message from the dispute manager a week later but it was just a formality because the order was refunded on spot without hesitation. The customer had found a mistake in one of my replies in the messages section but couldn't find a single error in the paper itself. It was the paper they were paying for, not the messages. Giving much thought. It looks like they refunded the order for that message mistake than the paper itself. The customer couldn't find a single error in the paper and they refunded the order for random comments on just the first page of the 12-page order. I had to beg them for a week to waive that additional $400 fine. All in all, I still lost $200 for the first part of the order that I delivered even after the fine waiver.
Right after that, for the next two orders ( #******* and #*******), they gave me 2 hours for revisions in the middle of the night, and for the first order, I wasn't even notified by the phone call. They used to directly call me before that for minor things but for that 2-hour revision, they sent an automatic call which they knew doesn't work on my phone number. It was 3 AM at night and I could have not known if there was an order on revision if they didn't wake me up by calling me. Anyway, I was still lucky enough to randomly wake up during the time to see a revision with 30 minutes remaining.
Those two orders had many days of deadline for the original order and were on "delivered" status for days both before and after the revision, but for revision itself, I was given 2 hours in the middle of the night. Two hours for a revision for an order with an original deadline of 6-7 hours is totally understandable and I have had such an order and revision right after those two orders.
There has been no respite for me ever since and I have always been treated unfairly in many other passive ways.
I have even apologized to the support department without knowing why I'm apologizing but that didn't help either. I asked them if there is anything that I have done wrong or if I have ever offended them but they said it's okay.
They have still stopped giving me any orders. I am earning $50 when I used to earn $700. I'm currently allowed to take 4 auto-take orders technically but I can't even see one auto-take order on my profile. It has been like this for the last six months with the exception of the past 2-3 days. I asked them if my profile is put on leave because I'm seeing no orders but they said these are the only orders that they have.
Throughout my time at Uvocorp, I most often got 10/10 customer ratings. 95% of the time. I also suspected that there was something off with the rating system because once in a while, I would get the lowest ratings for perfect orders. 95% of the time 10/10 and the rest of the time, the lowest possible ratings. No middle ground for me. 6,7, or 8 was very rare for me. Whenever I tried to make it right with the customers with those order ratings; tried to know the reasons, or offered them a revision, my messages were not delivered. I also posted about this on their Facebook group. Interestingly, when I posted about this on their Facebook group, I didn't get any suspicious ratings after that for a while. Within a month my rating increased to 9.88 or 9.93/10. Anyway, I asked for a promotion but was rejected. I never asked for a promotion after that. The way that I have been treated has been very discouraging. But it has become worse for the last six months. I have always believed that my rating and profile are so good that I'm safe as long as I'm devoted to my work and quality. But now they have just stopped giving me orders.
They didn't just stop there. Just recently, I was assigned an order. I followed all the requirements and kept all the messages of the customer in mind while working on the order. I am confident about the quality of the paper. However, after I delivered the order, they simply reassigned me without giving me any reason. I messaged them but they didn't reply. The customer had told me that one of the theories that are mentioned in the requirements is wrong. After researching, I found out that the theory, in fact, is right. This is the only reason that I can think of that reassignment. However, it is nonetheless a wrong reason.
They simply reassigned me from the order after I had completed it, reduced half of the order price, and didn't even tell me the reason. Had they let me reply to the customer or relayed me the customer's message, I would have explained the position that I took in the paper. It never happened before. Whenever a customer had a question or revision in mind, they used to deliver me their messages and I always made it right. There were even some disputes that a few customers placed and I always explained my position and they were always resolved in my favor. Always. I believe that if I do everything right and according to the requirements, I can always explain and defend my position. It was only six months ago that they forcefully refunded that order (that I mentioned before), and now this recent order.
Now, they just don't deliver me the customers' messages. They just reassign the orders. That is, for the one or two orders that I am able to get per month (during high seasons).
I'm sorry but this is very unfair.
Kindly let me see and assign orders. Please stop forcefully and immediately refunding and reassigning my orders. I am struggling to see 1 available order per week on my portal and this is November, the high season. I got far more orders during the low seasons of 2018 than what I'm getting during this high season
I don't understand why would you treat someone like this who are just trying their best to do their job. It has been so bad for the last six months with every single order that I take.

Hi. I hope this review can solve this continuous problem for me. I hope Uvocorp management can come up with a system that is transparent at least to the management so that writers are not denied orders.
I had the same problem last year. They stopped giving me orders from May 2019 to November. I started seeing them in Late November after I raised this issue. But it is the same again. My profile ID is *******. I have sent many messages to support and writer's department but there is no change. For example, even now, it is peak hours and I am seeing only three auto-take orders. One revision $3.60, and the other two $12 and $22 orders with a 5-hour deadline. I am not getting any orders of more than the price of $24. I am yet to see an order bigger than $24-30 since this high season started. There are biddable orders too but those are never more than 1-2 from my subjects (and I can write on a lot of subjects). I am a very versatile writer who can work on multiple subjects but even then I am not given any work.
The writer's department said that they do not have a price filter for different categories of writers. So why am I getting $6 orders only (never exceeding $24)? And those are the ones that have like 60 files or too technical that cannot be taken. The orders that no one is able to do. Those are the ones available on my portal. I have barely earned $100 since September since this high season started. And the same or less during the entire low summer season 2020.
I request the management to please look into this matter, I have a previous review that I wrote in November 2019 saved on my computer, I will attach that too for further details and will like to provide even more details. There is a lot of unfairness. I don't know if this review on this site will be read so I will write a thorough review on another review site in a few days because I want to share a lot of details.
