It showed they had results on my search, but I needed to pay them to see it. After I paid, it came up that there were no results for my search. What a rip off!

I purchase the report in order to get a clear idea about the property and who is the actual owner. Reports feel in the information that you don't get from the MLS.

I needed property information for one address and the report was complete and fast for only $1.98! The information was a lot easier to obtain rather then going through the County website.

We viewed property and it was trashed. Land was trashed junk every ware. It wasn't worth 130,936 with all the damage and repairs too be done. Also, No owner/bank was mentioned like your add said.

I need to know the name of the actual owner of the building I live in but all they gave me is "CA rentals inc" which isn't listed online ore in the yellow pages so I really didn't get the info I needed

Don't waste your $1.25 for this. You find the same info on Zillow. There's nothing in these reports other then the stuff you find on Realtor or Zillow.

I certainly appreciated the compiled information that was given for my property search. I found out more than I had known concerning the property, prior to doing the search. The site is excellent.

The report was equal to other reports that I have pulled I have not found the right home yet? Hopefully soon. A copy of the deed would be great added to the reports.

This site is awesome for what is found on Page 3 (date of sale) if you have to go to court on your father's home. I expect to be charged $1.25 for this one time use. Paul Beisch

I was curious about value before the appraisal, I feel very confident about the numbers beforehand. And with the compariables, it will be hard for an appraiser to low ball me.
