The Internet Technicians that assisted me were very customer conscientious, and knowledgeable. She advised me of the best support that would be beneficial for my circumstances. Though the process was long, she worked tirelessly on my laptop. Still the hours passed and the IT issue was passed on to another tech. She worked till the wee hours of the morning and contacted me, after the install of my Norton Security Antivirus. Afterward, I had questions of installing security on my tablet and the tech was very patient and walked me through and directed me on how I can download security on my other devices. I am thouroughly pleased with the help I received from the beginning to the end of my interacting with the IT person(s).
