I was connected to your company by a norton customer service person. I watched the work being done and you earned your money! I am so grateful to Norton and US Global Tech as over 300 malware files were found, and now after the service, my computer is faster than fast. I am so happy. My files were not effected but, now I know how vulnerable pc computers are. Thank you, thank you. If my friends have trouble with their computer, I will recommend you without hesitation. I will be posting my experience on my facebook page. That is how much I appreciate what you were able to do.

I did not enjoy turning my computer over to someone I did not know. Not sure I care for the all the people betweem me and the vendor, Kaspersky. Remains to be seen if the cleanup is good as advertised. It took a long time but the people with whom I dealt wre very courteous and helpful.

I called MacAfee...
March 2, 2016

I called MacAfee...said their one time fix was 69.95...and they do all their in house support. So not sure if I got taken for 100 bucks or not...I hope not, as the next time I get a virus, this computer is going to the dumpster
