So far, it looks like I've got my computer back, and that's exactly what I wanted and needed. I'm a happy guy. Definitely keeping a hold of the link, should I need to contact US Global Tech, again.

They helped me with the problems i was having and as far as i can tell they are resolved. Tech was very nice to talk to and answered my questions. I want to thank you for all the help.

I was having problems with my computer being slow and not acting right. Michael found some things that were wrong and he got right to it and fixed everything. He was very helpful, curious and professional. I signed up for the one year plan, I'm very thankful for his service.

The receptionists and technician were polite, clear, concise, and coherent. Very friendly and very knowledgable. Work was completed in a timely fashion.

The technical problem I had was diagnosed and fixed b the tech quickly and efficiently. H/she seemed to know just what to do to diagnose the problem and then fixed it. I was pleased with the speed it was solved in and am glad I purchased the service.

I liked the way the agents got to it. They were efficient. Knowledgeable. I haveeeent had time to see if I am pleased with the outcome but i did like the peach every one was attentive and shared thir knowledge. It was expensive but if my box runs better it will be worrtth itt.

The technicians I talked to were very courteous. I had a lot of virus's/Trojans etc. and the tech took immediate action to resolve (after paying for the one time repair fee) and finished problem solving about 45 minutes earlier than expected. I was very pleased with the service although I have not yet used my computer at the time of this survey.

They worked on it most of the night and I appreciate that. It was just supposed to take a few hours. I am glad I didn't have too much to do. Thanks for getting me back to work.
