The tech people who worked with me were very professional and polite. They had great patience as we worked through the issues. Eileen was very helpful and courteous. A great deal of work was required to clean up my files...as there were a lot of infected files. I am satisfied with the performance. My Canon Printer is now installed and working. Thank you guys...so much appreciated. I didn't catch the young man's name who finished up and contacted me. He also was professional and kind.

My tech Gerald was always very professional and very sweet the whole time he had to fix this computer it had a lot of viruses and he cleaned it right up he did a great job and worked with me as well very nicely. It reset all of my info back to 7 months ago. I could not access my yahoo account or Facebook. I had to have a tech get on my computer to reset all of my passwords to be able to access my own accounts. I could barely understand the techs because of the heavy accent, I had to keep asking them to repeat themselves.
Dolly was very helpful and informative. She explained things thoroughly and really wanted to help without taking up all of my time. When they were finished with cleaning up the system, Charlie called back and nicely said the system was finished and to check it with him.
My computer issues were fixed quickly.
