I've been searching for a high quality lawnmower for sometime, and heard of this brand called Masport. I searched everywhere online and couldn't locate one that delivered to the USA, I only found some Australian sites. I stumbled on Upzy and saw that they had quite a Masport collection available, so placed my order. My SPV 3-in-1 mower came in 5 days and was in perfect condition and a real joy to use! Thank you for providing a high quality product that shipped for free and keeps my garden clean;-)

Love my byk!

Had a bunch of questions before putting in my order. Good to see a company that actually takes time to respond to my questions. Ordered a byk balance bicycle and couldn't have been more pleased. Would order again, as long as prices stay good

I order a scooter from them on May 14th when it arrived it was a jr not the normal size one... I bought it for my daughters birthday when the wrong size came I hurried and ordered the right size... i then on May 22nd I tried sending them and email about returning the item the person I am dealing with his name is Joe here we are July 1st and we are no closer to having this scooter returned they want $30 to ship it and to restock it that to me is ridiculous he said if you returned something to a store you would have to spend $$ on gas that was his come back seriously... in addition to it taking over 6 weeks now and I still havnt been sent the postage information or address where to send it... his last email told me I would be better off to sell it locally or give it to someone... I asked to have some of the fees waved since it has taken sooooooooo long to get it returned and he told me NO... horrible customer service I don't advise anyone using them

Hi Carolyn. Thanks for your review. We need to point out several things regarding your order #18756.

1) From the moment you received the order, you demanded a refund immediately. There was nothing wrong with your scooter. It's not true that we sent you the wrong size, we sent you the exact scooter you ordered. We have written confirmation of your order, which was for the Space Scooter X360 JUNIOR scooter. This was advertised as a JUNIOR scooter and it was what you ordered. It was simply a case of buyer's remorse on your part. We notified you that if you want a refund, you will have to return the scooter first, which is standard protocol for any business.

2). We are absolutely 100% ok with you returning your scooter. We simply ask that you adhere to our return policy (which you agreed to when you placed an order by checking off the Terms and Conditions on our site). 3). You refused to return the scooter as you did not want to pay for return shipping. You kept on demanding a refund, which we have written confirmation of. As per 1) above, we are unable to refund you until you return the scooter. In a situation like yours where there was nothing wrong with the scooter and it was a case of buyer's remorse, you would have to pay for return shipping. Again, we are ok with you returning it, but we're unable to waive the return shipping cost. You refused and that was when you wrote your review.

At the moment, you still have your scooter. If you'd like to return it in accordance with our policy, we'd be more than happy to assist you with that.

I bought a TAOTAO BULL 200cc ATV from them, and boy do they ship fast! Ordered on a Tues, and it came to my doorstep 2 days later on a Thurs! They shipped out from the California warehouse and I'm in Nevada, so guess that's why it arrived so quick, but boy was that awesome! I love the Bull, it looks fierce, and puts out some serious speed. Prices can't be beat too. Overall, I'm very pleased with my ATV, and can't wait to go offloading all summer!

You requested getting a new free motor (which fell under your warranty period), and we were more than happy to oblige and ship it to you for free, no problem at all. However, when we informed you there was a slight wait time on this motor (which was out of our control as we had to wait for it to ship from overseas), this wasn't to your satisfaction, and that was when you wrote this review. Performer JC26X

I bought the 30 speed JC26X after trying out various other models. Ultimately what tipped my decision were the great reviews that I read on this model, and that it was a fraction of ANYTHING else that had similar components! Sure it's made in Taiwan, but that doesn't mean it's not a great machine. Assembly was a bit on the tough side, but if you're like me, who loves putting things together, it was fun to do. Make sure you measure your xseam before purchasing one though, I'm a 41" and was well within range.

The seat is comfortable and the only downside that I can think of was the slightly longer lead time it took to get to me, it took about 10 days to reach me. Customer service was prompt and courteous. I don't get what other reviews are harping on about, you can't really find any online stores nowadays that even bother to return a phone call, let alone an email, so they get an A for effort.

Overall, a great value recumbent tadpole that's perfect for novice or intermediate riders!

Cool scooters
