I had ordered Uplift dual monitor arms for my at-home workspace, but there was an issue with one of the pieces when it arrived. Danielle Breed got back to me in just a few hours after I submitted a contact request through Uplift's site, and I cannot understate how incredibly helpful she was! She was able to elevate my message to the warranty team and followed up with them (and me) to get a replacement piece sent my way. The entire time, Danielle was so sweet and understanding. The whole situation was resolved in just a few days. I have not had as good a customer service experience in years. Thank you! Also-- the monitor arms (now securely attached to my desk) are amazing!
I ordered a corner lifting desk and it arrived much faster than expected, but the main desktop had shattered during shipping. I called the Uplift office and Britney was able to set up a replacement delivery for me within 30 minutes! Extremely happy with the response, she was very friendly and helpful, and turned around an otherwise unfortunate situation.
Purchased a 30 x 48 Walnut Laminate Desk. Frame is rock-solid even when raised, motors are whisper quiet and smooth. Assembly instructions are a 10. Walnut laminate looks authentic and even has a very slight physical grain, yet mouses great. Can't think of anything I would change. Had several questions for customer service and they performed at an 11.

They were super helpful recommending which channel to purchase from, identified a savings opportunity for me, provided a complete quote for my several items, and worked with me to make sure the order was completed and my payment options were facilitated. Just received shipping Saturday via FedEx... super fast delivery once order was finalized and processed. I was concerned about some dents and punctures on the boxing, but the interior protection was awesome and protected the products just fine.
I asked so many questions, went back n forth, made choices that may have been frustrating and complicated (way to particular), but Sam C supported with class, respect, and had/found lots of answers, and made great suggestions to save me money/hassle.
I ordered a customized desk from Uplift that cost over $2500. It quickly arrived in multiple packages except for the wood top which was back-ordered for a month (I knew this going into the purchase). I began installing a temporary wood top on the desk until the one ordered arrived. I called Uplift's customer support regarding a few questions I had on the installation. The customer support person requested I email him some photos for further clarification and he would get with his manager and call me right back. I immediately emailed pictures, diagrams, etc. then waited for a return phone call. Hours later I still hadn't heard and followed up with another call to customer support. After a long wait on hold, I spoke with another representative. He said he would have the first representative return my call instead of trying to help me himself. This continued a few more times throughout the day and I finally gave up on receiving a return phone call or any kind of help from their customer support. I don't know if I would have made this same purchase with this company knowing how poor their customer support would be especially for the steep price!
I was really shocked to learn about the 15-year warranty when I discover a crack on my desk after having it stored for more than a year in my storage room. It's rare to find companies so sure about their products that they stand by their products for this long. Even more, that they make the process of getting a replacement so easy. Just a day after I provided the pictures of the defective desktop Sean, from customer service, straight away send off the replacement piece. Truly outstanding.
Tim gave me step-by-step advice/guidance on the huge range of options and accessories. First time I've bought a desk online so this was really helpful. He was clear and related his own experience in the process. Re-sent his contact info for any follow-up questions. Looking forward to receiving our new desk!
This is my second desk purchase from Uplift. I have worked remotely for ten years, and love the one I have, but needed a smaller one due to having less space. I had some questions on dimensions and attachments so I used the chat feature-- believe it or not, you go straight to a human being, within a few seconds. Avalon was the rep who chatted and helped me and she was fantastic. Answered my questions quickly and clearly and was very personable. Didn't feel like a "sales" process at all, she felt more like a consultant and made the process easy. Highly recommend. :)

Wonderfully solid desk you can raise and lower with the touch of a button. My back already loves me for this desk, and I feel more energetic than after sitting all day at my old desk. Super fast shipment, videos to help me assemble it, and great customer service.

I ordered two bamboo top sit-stand desks, chairs, file cabinets, and various accessories. Even though the shipper really tried their best to damage everything (boxes were literally patched together) almost everything arrived without a scratch! The one item that was broken was quickly replaced without much hassle!

I bought a T-frame model and am really loving it so far (1 week of use). Everything seems really sturdy and well designed. I especially like how quiet it is during the raising and lowering process.
Putting it together was pretty straightforward, despite not having much experience with furniture assembly. I feel like the instructions did a good job illustrating and explaining everything.
I did have one slight issue though. I ordered a laminate desktop, and although it had a slight defect on the surface, I was able to get a resolution with customer support quickly. Marianne, my customer support representative provided great assistance to me. She coordinated a replacement desktop to be sent to me. It was sent very quickly! The new desktop is beautiful and without defects.
I'm at my desk for several hours a day, and am looking forward to working here, whether it be sitting or standing!
I ordered my desk during the holidays. I received most of the components on time, however, the top of my desk was delayed by a couple of weeks (FedEx's fault, not Uplift). When the top finally arrived, the bamboo was badly damaged. FedEx was actually somehow able to make a dent in the top part. I immediately called Uplift and let them know what happened. The representative I spoke with was very friendly. She even knew my name right away from my phone number. She promptly ordered me a new top by freight which ensured it would not be manhandled by FedEx again. I haven't got to put my desk together yet, but all the parts seem solid. I am excited to use my desk and thrilled that customer service corrected my issues so quickly. Highly recommend!
UPLIFT has top notch and fast customer service. They ensure a good product. My first desk was damaged during shipping and they replaced it. Additionally, they have excellent instructions and help documents that actually are useful and easy to find. My wife and I have had these desks for years and they are extremely sturdy and durable. I'd recommend these desks to anyone regardless if you want to use the standing features.
When my desk order from Uplift had some issues, Avalon was very helpful in getting things resolved. She very promptly filed a FedEx logistics claim when the desktop got stuck/lost at the distribution center. Then when the desktop arrived damage, she responded very quickly with a couple solutions and promptly put an order in for a replacement desktop. While I'm sad that it's taken a lot longer to get my desk up and running than I had hoped, I know Uplift did everything they could to help correct issues caused by the shipping company.
