Purchased the Bangkok weeklong hotel stay for $216 (fees included). Not a good deal. Looking at their calendar for 2021 (June through December) more than 50% of the weeks were completely blocked, even though these were not holiday weeks. Did not matter if you looked for mid-week travel or weekend - they were consistently blocked. Additionally, at least one of the hotels was 3.5* on TripAdvisor (so they misrepresented the available hotel quality) and most of the hotels (if available) were passable quality, at best. No national or international chains were options. And most of the hotels had lower or equal weekly rates if you booked them separately, and were without penalty for cancellation. This was definitely not a 75%+ off deal. I would look elsewhere; better rates to be had with better flexibility and no refund request hassles. They have agreed to refund my price paid. We'll see if that happens.
I've tried to use them twice for 2 different destinations.
The first one I got 3 offers that were better prices than I could find elsewhere but nowhere near the extent they claim.
For the second destination I got 3 choices, 2 which were the same hotel - for which I could find a cheaper rate on a number of sites. Neither that hotel, nor the other one I was offered looked particularly great.
Having said that, to be fair, my dates are peak time (which I knew would limit my options) abs they give you the opportunity to change your destination after you've paid so you can always move it to somewhere else - most sites of course don't allow that.
Unsold ceased business using pandemic as an excuse. Collected our money but no refund as promised its been 5 months now since refund was initiated. SCAM

We bought a travel reservation to Whistler and booked a hotel from unsold.com. But today I just got an email from them saying they are shut down! I called to hotel to check our booking but I was told our booking has been already canceled! Just 4 days before arrival! Unsold.com is a fraudulent website. They got my money and ran. Unsold.com work with other company bookvip.com which charged my credit card for this travel.
We booked the Orlando trip for $276. Then we're told there would be additional charges once we arrived. There will be resort fees of $30 per night per room, parking will be $22 per night and unknown taxes will be added also. The adds are deceiving! So far that $276 trip is at least $640. I wrote a review on Facebook and they deleted it and I have been barred from making additional comments.
I purchased a sofa. Followed the tracking number and they sent me a pair of support stockings. Now that was a gift for my grand kids. And it came from China.
Saw you offer on Kayak and figure what the heck. It is a $295 gamble that I will be able to book a hotel in the next two years, but a gamble I can afford. Right now I am looking at using this in fall 2021.
I have booked two trips with Unsold.com and rang both hotels and one has not got me booked in and the other had me booked in told me it was cancelled by the travel agents. I am now out of pocket for not only them two trips but also Amsterdam one as no point me even picking a hotel when the other two not worth paper written on. There is no contact number for them just a form you fill out which takes days for them to reply i think this company is a scam

It looks great value and I have two flights in credit for Sydney with Virgin airlines. I was taking my son to a Sydney from Perth for his 18th birthday this July but unfortunately the borders are closed indefinitely just now. We will look forward to this break once the borders re open
I bought their 6 day 5 night Cancun hotel special for $225.00 and after they charged ny credit card I went to make a reservation The only days that were available during the two year period was July 18-19 2021

I'll try your company if it will be good then we can book again since we travel a lot, after pandemic we'll go on vacation. Thank you although this is my first time to buy on a website I don't really know. I hope this will be a legitimate buy.
This site was advertising rooms in US$ in Australia,. When I got my credit card acc it was of course in AUS $ which was much higher. They did fully refund me but it took a very long time.
Also you cannot put reviews on their FB site... why not.

I have been trying to reach them because they reserved for me an Hotel that has to stay closed due the Covid situation, I am glad that they finally could reach m with solutions. We had to change our dates though. But, Thank you for offering my family new options.
Purchased a Banff 3 night stay in 2020 and booked my trip August 2021. Get there to find out they no longer have a reservation for me. Hotel tells me that Unsold.com went bankrupt and I no longer have a place to stay after my 8 hour drive. Found an email in my spam folder that was sent a week before my scheduled trip advising they went out of business and will try and refund if they can. Scam! No refund yet. Stay away!
I made a booking with unsold.com to Canberra for a function, only to find out that there was no accommodation available re the flights I had previously booked. I went back to unsold.com re my dilemma explaining the situation and within 15 minutes I received notification that I would be refunded my entire booking fee.
I will have not hesitation in using this company again, but lesson learnt is check out available accommodation dates before you lock in your airfares.
If they deliver on what was promised I will happily leave a rave review but this is going to be a big surprise to my wife for our 35th wedding anniversary. She will be blown away if everything comes through. Can't wait!

This is my 5 th package like this that I have bought from you. I am trusting that I will not have any problems booking these trips. The only thing I do not and have messaged your company is that the first 2 packages that I bought cost almost double than the same packages you were selling in the next month. I have notified your office when I noticed and they said send you the tracking number etc. I should not have to deal with this. You have all the information in your computer under my email address.
I hope you give me a credit for the difference or a refund It amounts to around 300-400 dollars in total. Please check my account and reply. I hope you also have good customer service.

Excellent value. I am sceptical of a "too good to be true" deal, however I should have been in Paris in April and again in a month, December and still trying to get the travel insurance to pay out. Hoping this is a bonus and makes my loss a bit brighter.
