Do not fall for this trap! They will not give me my entitled full refund when I did not use their service/app at all! They will just give you the same verbatim all over again! It is so frustrating why a business like this cannot give me my refund! To the customer support who keeps on responding to this reviews? Where is your conscience?

COMPLETE SCAM, Sign up for a reduced introductory trail of £11.99 and within minutes an "Auto Renewal" of £59.99 is taken with no authorization, on contacting them they straight away offer a 3 month free membership for the inconvenience, then all the right noises, very sorry, looking into it, full investigation, transparency, etc, load of rubbish it is a SCAM they will not refund you.
