I' ve placed my first order on 10.01.2021 which it was supposed to arrive around 05.02.2021. By now, I haven' t received my items or updates of my order status. I emailed them many times and... no answer.
I' ve also noticed on my card details that the payment was made on 10.01 but it was repeated again on 02.02.
I have ordered several time with this company. I do not know what is happening but I placed yet another large order (5/6/21) and this time... there was a shirt that had gone out of stock... so they sent me an email asking me what I wanted to do about it? Really? What can I do? It doesn't exist! Adjust my order and send the rest. Well... that didn't happen. I replied to the email saying remove it from the order. Then I heard NOTHING. I have called several times asking what the status of my order was since online... it kept telling me it was 'being processed.' After calling several times and getting answers like..."It's in shipping right now"... I don't see that you responded to the email... YES I did, the last guy said he can see that I responded... and now it's not there? So today (5/24/21) I called yet again and NOW 4 OTHER shirts are out of stock! So, I just cancelled the whole order. Very disappointed.

I love UA, they have a great selection of colors, sizes, brands, and designs. Any time I order from them I receive my order within the week. Returns and exchanges are simple and easy. I have even used their facebook customer service chat with ease. I continue to shop here because it is affordable and the scrubs are amazing quality.
I've waited months for a specific color- the orange sorbet pants. For some reason all you guys have showing is the petite & long- no regular! At one time there was only smalls. Would be nice to have the option to order- even if it's just on back order! I've looked on all the other sites for that specific color, so I can batch match!

I cancelled some items from an order and received a refund in under 4 weeks. Later I returned two items because their sizing was incorrect, and confirmed they received them on 3/30. It is now 5/12, and my refund of $37 is still "processing". I regret requesting gift cards for UA.

I love browsing through the various scrubs and choosing the ones I can't live without. It's easy to shop by color, style, size, print, or name brand. The ONLY thing I would change is the thank you gift I would love it to be extended maybe 3 months, not 2 weeks.
As the front desk receptionist in a small chiropractic office, I recently switched to scrubs from office attire. As a plus sized woman I was a bit nervous of this change, as scrubs are notoriously snug and don't leave a lot of room for movement, however this company has proven me wrong! Everything I've ordered has fit perfectly and all of my patients love my new attire! I definitely recommend Uniform Advantage.
Orders seem to be taking longer and longer to come. And it sucks that is Canadian customers never get any reduced or free shipping. I got a coupon twitch this order for free shipping with my next order- that I can't use. Kinda disappointing. But I do love the variety of uniforms they offer

My purchase says it was delivered at 3:40 on my front porch on July 5th. It was not. I waited a few days. Still unsure if it was passed onto Usps or was delivered by ups. Usps seems to f up a lot. The email was unclear. Today is July 9. Still no package. I called them and they said that Usps delivered it on July 5th and that they don't have any control over it. They gave me the number to my local Usps and a new tracking number that was 28 digits long! So I'm supposed to hunt it down through the Usps myself? I spent $100 on some pants and it never got delivered yet it's my job to hunt it down through the federal system? Like their customer svc will be any better? They said if the package doesn't arrive by Thursday which is 8 business days after it went missing then call back and they will reprocess it as lost and will reissue another package or a refund.

Option A: UPS Return Label - Enclosed in your package or Available online, $8.99 charge applies.
Send your return/exchange merchandise back to Uniform Advantage via the UPS Easy Return that is included in your package. If you no longer have the enclosed UPS label in your package.
Option B: Send Via Insured Mail - Carrier of your choice.
No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred when an exchange is processed for the same dollar amount as the return value.

I ordered a week ago. 2 days ago I checked order status and it had not shipped, so I got on their chat page. He was going to check on it and email me. This morning I got an email that said one item is sold out so they're giving me 3-5 business days to select a different item. After 25 minutes on hold with customer service, the line picked up. I could hear breathing and keyboard clicking, but no one would respond. So I hung up and went back to chat. Told them I wanted the rest of my order sent overnight. Was told by Fernando he would "send an email to the concern department to expedite the order at no additional cost." I said, "so will I get it tomorrow?" He said no, they can't assure that but it will be "handled on priority."
These days it is hard to say that a company has a heart, and that they care about their customers or potential customers in my case. I recently won one of their giveaways, and they made me feel like I had been a customer for years. Keep up the good work, and the customers will follow you! Happy holidays.
Receiving the order in three days is the only positive remark I have. The material is see through and stiff, just plain awful, not stretch material as advertised and their size chart is not accurate. Also, they make you pay for shipping to get the items and also pay for shipping to return them. Horrible customer service. Highly disappointed.
I ordered 2 sets of scrubs for my best friend. They didn't fit so she returned them. I paid almost $93 and she sent me the return confirmation and that I will on be refunded $53 plus change and charged $8.99 to return them which came out of my refund. That is horrible. Uniform advantage should pay for the return. Customers paid money for them and the least the company can do is pay for the return. I'm losing almost $40. There is no where on the website explaining why don't get a full refund. I'm very disappointed and will make sure that I will not order again from uniform advantage. That's horrible customer service

I’m sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with our returns process.
We offer two options to mail your return to us for a refund or exchange. One: you may use the prepaid UPS return label included in your order to return up to 5 items for a fee of $8.99, which is deducted from your refund once your return has been processed. Two: you may also mail your items back through a carrier of your choice; no fee will be deducted from your refund through this option. We only refund the returned merchandise total; the shipping fee from your original order is non-refundable.
We would however, like to further investigate the discrepancy in your refund amount and would appreciate you replying with your order number so we may review and resolve your concern.

I have bought 3 pairs of trousers size S and paid £97.78 with £18 delivery to UK. A quality was good but all items too large. I wear normally size S/M and ordered size S. However it was far too large so I returned it. The company deducted £55.27 exactly from my refund, which is more than 50% of the amount I paid! I have contacted the company and they offer me…10% discount for next purchase within a week. Is it a joke?! The company is simply loosing international customers. Definitely do not recommend to anyone who is international customer, especially as there are other companies in USA who do free international shipping to UK! I definitely won't buy from UA Uniform Advantage and don't think that any of my other colleagues will. What a shame as I said, the quality seems to be good.

I realize now why all the reviews on the website are good. I am unable to leave reviews on the website after having made a purchase.
I waited 3-4 weeks for the items to be delivered. The sizes are comically large, even after I adhered to their available size chart. I embroidered my scrub tops, so they are non-refundable. I can't contact customer service, because "my order number is invalid". If I want to return the pants, I have to pay almost $20 and probably wait another 3-4 weeks for everything to process. I wish I could tell everyone in the world how terrible this company is, and have them taken down for fraud.

I paid $84 dollars with expedite shipping to get the scrubs on time. They said that UPS lost it and it's not their problem. We bill for merchandise only once the order ships. If you saw the full amount appear on your card statement right after you placed your order, please note this wasn’t an actual charge. It was simply an authorization to verify that the funds are available. When the order physically leaves our warehouse, we apply the actual charge to the card, and the authorization clears (disappears) in a few business days.
