Good afternoon, I ordered my wig and it went to an old address, I contacted customer service they were very helpful and attentive and nice it didn't take long for them to verify and get my wig to me the next week, so I think you very much it's exactly what I ordered and will be sending pictures soon as I wear it thank you again will be purchasing again
Very easy to order and I love the how-to videos that I can refer back to but what I received didn't look a lot like what the model in the video had and I ordered the exact wig. Also, it took so long to come that the event that I ordered it for had already passed, and it took too long after repeated call to the post office.

I placed an order for a wig on Sunday, knowing that it would be delivered in 72 hours. I then received an email that my item was no longer available. I had an event that Saturday, so I knew that I would get it on time, but when the wig was not in stock, customer service reached out and said if there was another wig that I wanted that they would make sure it got shipped out as soon as possible when I say we were down to the wire and I got that wig on Friday afternoon. I was so happy customer service was amazing the entire time they stayed in contact with me until the item shipped.
As for me, l was a little confused at first, on how to order what l wanted.
I order hair paid for 2day shipping only to find out they were having issues at the warehouse and it wouldn't make it. I was offered to have it shipped from china but that would take 4 to 5 business days which didnt help me at all. Then i was told it the issue was because they didn't have the inches i requested and i had to either go down to 14inch which is a no or up to 24inch. So we opt for 24inches i had to pay an additional 43 dollars for the size difference. It super hard to get to communicate with anyone here i had send several emails before i got a response. Down to the wire i ordered on the 11/4 i recieve it on the 8th. On the plus side the hair I Love. Love. Love.

Only the hair available in US’s warehouse can do express shipping, that’s why we contacted you to change the warehouse and issued the express shipping fee back. But we noticed that you need the hair in hurry, so we exchanged to other hair and cover partial difference price for you as compensation. Then we shipped the hair you agreed to change to by express shipping still, that’s why there is no refund for express shipping, and glad to see that the package was shipped out on 7th and delivered on 8th. But we still say sorry for this inconvenience.
