I was nervous when I bought them mid October because I didn't think they would come in on time, but they came in within a week, and were amazing! Definitely had one of the coolest costumes at the party!

Customer service responded really fast when I inquired about an out of stock product and it was back in stock quickly. My ordering process was easy, the product shipped quickly and the quality is amazing. They are comfortable, look fantastic and I love them!

Purchasing my lenses was an adventure to say the least... first parcel was sent to the wrong address and the replacement for it arrived damaged from factory. Third time is the charm they say. I got my new replacement today in perfect condition. Every time something went wrong Twinklens took complete ownership and responsibility. They were always polite despite me getting stressed in the end. I didn't have to pay a single thing, return or stress myself with logistics. All I paid for was my original purchase. They provided with replacements twice and handled the situation spectacularly even when I was starting to become impatient.
We all make mistakes, it's how we handle those mistakes what sets us apart from the rest. This company has some incredible compromise to their customer base.

Ordered turquoise to wear. I have blue eyes. Not a hint of turquoise to be seen - just made eyes dark. Couldnt even tell my eyes were blue anymore. I have had turquoise contacts in the past - they did change my eye color to green. These did not.

I ordered super sized circle lenses (16mm, black and brown) they arrived approximately 2 weeks after placing my order which was expected since i'm from europe! Everything is fine, i love them a lot, especially the black lenses. They arrived along with 3 contact lens storage options, two of them are the regular round ones, the other one being a clear square shaped container with tools for taking contacts out and putting them in, i personally prefer my hands instead of tweezers for taking them out but that's still super sweet!

Bottles are a bit hard to get open but everything was packaged well and the contacts are surprisingly comfortable. Shipping was insanely fast it took less than a week for them to get to me. Would definitely buy from here again!

My order came much sooner than expected! The contacts themselves are just like the picture and we're manageable to put on. They even came with rubber-tipped tools to help put them in. 10/10 I would order more contacts from you guys.

I absolutely LOVE my pair of contacts. The only reason why I didn't give five stars is because of the delivery process. The contacts were about one week late coming in, and I was left confused as to where they were. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the contacts.

The look I can create helps me express the feeling of always being the odd one while still being true to myself and possessing a good heart to share with the world. So that others might not judge someone who looks different and allow them to share who they are.
