The trial version could not open the file and convert the 3 minutes they claimed it could. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and bought anyway - wasted $66 Aus. Even the licensed software does not work at all. Everything looks right with the m4v file showing up in their software window for drm removal but when you press convert, nothing happens. Be careful. Don't waste your money.

I wish I would have read the reviews before it is the worst scam. It rips you off doesn't work don't waste your money and the customer service doesn't help

Not only did the product not work the "try before you buy" policy is misleading and they will not refund you money in full. Do not recommend.

A extremely great software because it repair my iphone 7 and I love this software there is no weakness in it

I purchased a 1 month service. After trying to use the software on my phone, unfortunately it did not work due to an issue with the phone. I believe the software is good and very handy for those who need to recover their phones. HOWEVER i would highly recommend that you read the agreement before purchasing the product. If you only need it for a one time use, then please make sure too cancel your services after the software is successful. If you don't cancel the services, then you will billed every month after your 1st initial purchase. If you do cancel it too late then you will never get a full refund.

Purchase iOS System Recovery, thinking it could help me, as I could not get recover from iTunes. Tuneskit behaved same way. I wasted my money. It says can repair up to 50 kinds of iOS system issues on iPhone/iPad/iPod touch. But in fact, any problem you mark result the same process, reinstalling the firmware. And it can't install unsigned ones. Purchased the 1-Month License, with auto renewal. I want to cancel, but cannot find where... If you do not want to lose money and time, do not buy it.

I ordered this service thinking it would work for my iphone XS, because the screen kept looping on the apple logo and wouldn't turn on, but I was wrong. At first, the software told me to use the "Volume up, volume down, power button" trick to put the phone on recovery mode, that didn't work, then they told me to install a new update for iOS, (14.1) that didn't work either, lastly they told me to put my phone on DFU mode (whatever the h*ll that means) that didn't work as well. So when I explained this to the support person, and requested a FULL refund, all I was told was...

Complete waste of time and money, please for the love of god, DON'T uses this service, they deserve to be sued!

Problèmes avec logiciel, demandes d'explications sans toutefois solutionner le dit problème. On me revient pratiquement toujours avec les mêmes explications. Ne respecte pas leur garantie de 30 jours de remboursement envers la clientèle. Vraiment très mauvais service. Évitez Tuneskit Media converter M4V pour transfert en MP4 WIndows 10, seulement le son, pas d'images.

1. Can't ‘quit' the application or access most of the menu items - they are greyed out.
2. Can't export any of the captured audio.
3. The ‘audio capture' window seems to freeze.
4. Can't access the ‘preferences' as they are also greyed out.
5. Have to restart the computer or use the ‘force quit' option to exit TunesKit.

Overall just really disappointing as the audio capture itself is great but the program is just not working as advertised. In fact really it's unusable as is...
Also check the so called 'refund' policy. No matter what you ain't gonna see a dime or a nickel back of your hard earned cash...

I purchased this software to fix my IPhone 8. After multiple attempts of trying to use this software, which NEVER WORKED... I contacted customer service for assistance via email since they don't even offer customer service by phone or chat. It took them 6 days to reply to my concerns! I wasted my time and money on this software and ended up having to take my phone to the Apple store anyway! The customer service is horrible. Not only did they not help me with the issue they didn't even offer me a full refund as ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE. That's the least they could have done since there software DID NOT WORK! The products are in great quality and I am glad that I can make a backup copy of my purchased books, music etc. now.

There was a challenge. TunesKit M4V Converter only works up to macOS Sierra. I think that could have been marked a bit better.

I solved the problem by installing Sierra on a second Mac. On hackintosh I found an image file. Maybe you can also install Sierra on a second partition.

Now I can backup movies too. Even only rented movies.

Because of the dilemma the TunesKit support was generous.

Because it simply works I bought other software. On e-mail request I also got a discount.

Conclusion: The software works great and the support is great! I recommend TunesKit in any case!
