I ordered the welder over the festive season. They were closed but as soon as they open I received an update. Delivery was fast and was kept updated the whole time. I must admit the the Manual that comes with the welders doesn't help. I had to google the get everything working. They need to update the manual. Welder performs as advertised, Nice and compact for a machine that takes the 5kg wire spool. They also need to include an isolating nozzle adaptor for when you use Flux core wire and not gas.
In these tight times we all have to vigorously control expenses and that is what TSA helped me achieve when I needed to replace old regulators. In fact it was better than that as I found a kit that not only had the regulators but also a Brazing/Soldering gun with nozzles, all in a carry box at a very affordable price, delivered to my door. Thank you for the great service and product.

I've ordered a Pinnacle MIGARC 225 kit. Delivery was done within a remarkable 3 day period. I've welded the weekend with the Welder and it's an absolutely great product. Very easy to setup and so easy to weld with. Even if your not a skilled Welder, the Welder compensate for this.

Ordered my machine the 31st of December, knowing it will only be dispatched after the 4th of Jan. Soon as the date came, the update arrived, next day the package was in my hands.

I sent an email requesting an invoice prior to my order and another on placing the order. On receiving the order, no invoice.
Sent a 3rd email and promptly received one.
When I placed my order on the 16th of December, the website indicated that the item was available. Four days after placing my order, I received an E-mail stating that there will only be stock available in the New Year and the company was closed until January.
I purchased the item as a Christmas present for somebody and he will obviously not receive it on time.

Item found on BorB at very good price. Placed order on Wednesday afternoon. Order promptly confirmed by BorB / TSA and dispatched. Week end intervened and package delivered early on Monday morning. Fortunately was at home to receive. Courier should have phoned to be sure I would be able to receive at that time.

I have received the order on time and as it was chosen on the website, every thing arrived as expected lots of information was shared about tracking and the entire process was good right up to final delivery.
I am normally a size XL, so that was my selection for the yoke, when I fitted it the stitching tore at the back, I managed to get it on but the sleeves are so skinny around my arms, I can't bend my arms, it actually cuts off circulation around the elbows so I will not be using it and because it is now damaged I feel I can not return it, so it will be folded up on a shelf for a few months and then once the pain of the school fees fade I will bin it.
So please make sure you get one 3 sizes up if you decide to get one.
The parts are well made and fit the torch.

I purchases a new MIG welding machine from TSA, online around 22h00 on 14 July 2020. The next morning I got an email confirmation of the order, followed by a tracking reference, and web link for the tracker. It was dispatched the same afternoon, and again, a tracking update. It was delivered by the courier, around 9 am on the 16th. Excellent service, and up to date feedback. For someone sceptical about online shopping, the service from TSA has done a lot to raise my confidence.
