I placed an order and paid for items on 29th November 2024 to the value of R 8000.00, to date I have had no correspondance about my delivery of my items neither can I get a hold of TSA Welding on their number listed on their website. Delivery is stated as 2 - 3 Working Days but I am waiting over for 6 days without knowing the status of my order.
According to the online calculator on TSA website the amount includes delivery was R 387.00 I paid R 608.00 and TSA only refund me R 121.00 instead of R 221.00, they keep R 100.00 due to no reason.
Very good welder I'm happy. However this mig welder do not come with al the Drive Roller's and on website it didn't state what drive roller comes with the welder. Need to buy/order now seperate roller for the wire that was ordered. Web site unclear of the description of items and need to phone every time to make sure.
Are there anybody that could give me any advise round about the precise settings on this welder? Starting point? I bought one last year, don't spent much time with it since. Any gide lines would be appreceated
I have received my welding machine as promised. The delivery time was good and all my items were delivered in good condition. I am only giving this a 3 star rating for now because I only opened the package to check the contents but I have not had the opportunity to use the welder as yet.

I truly not regret buying this machine. Its a wonderful machine and does wonders. The only issue that makes me give the review 3 star is that, on the specs it was sais that it comes with 3Metre Mig Torch hence to find out that its 1.5Metre. In overall tha machine came as early as possible and in good condition
All good, service was lightning fast. I am not sure about the quality of the welding wire though as my magnet attached itself strongly to the welding wire.
The overall experience was positive. TSA did what they say with the electronic communication from the online purchase al the way to collection on site.

Ordered my new welder online and was delivered at my door.
I accidentally stepped on the torch cable which caused a bad connection. The replacement torch solved the problem

L bought a Riland 190syn mig welders,the price was very reasonable compared to other competitors,the machine works like a bomb,so far l am doing mig flux cored,the machine is very easy to set no complications would recommend for beginners as well as professionals,l also did like that when you buy items worth more than R1500 you get free shipping and they did added 0.9 contact tips which l appreciated so much, however l had some issues with the courier so l contacted their office then l asked them to give me the driver's number,so from there l have been chatting with the driver until he delivered my parcel,the driver was very friendly and seems kind too. L lived on the farm so sometimes network is a problem hence making it difficult for couriers to navigate, in short l am impressed with the service l got from TSA,l would only encourage them to do follow up until the parcel is delivered to the rightful person because l had to ask them about my parcel since the delivery date was overdue and the courier were not up dating the parcel tracking status,hopefully in future when l shop by them they will improve on that area.
