The same kind of negative reviews about trustpilot are also being made by sitejabber.
These ratings are subjective. Some people will complain about everything. You have to use your brain and some common sense. Both review sites are fine.
The site is popular and known to give you a glimpse of what most websites truly offers. This website has been useful to me personally and I don't have to waste my time on scam sites. However, I got discouraged when I saw that some sites are actually begging for good reviews from users in return for freebies.
Trust pilot helped push ericdress, a horrible clothing site that literally steals ur money then sends zero products, to refund my cash 100. In will use this site again for sure, the feedback email about how many people viewed ur review is off the chain! Awesome overall, worth taking time To write a review.
They allow businesses to pay for removal. Companies can pay to challenge reviews, in which case you either have to release personal information to a company you've had a bad experience with, otherwise they remove the negative review.
I no longer leave reviews here nor trust reviews I read there.
I don't understand how their so-called software works. It removes reviews without any reason even though I'm absolutely sure they are organic, so they are written by real person. Me.
So how anyone can submit their reviews if your dumb software constantly takes them offline? I don; t breach any guidelines and don't break any rules, moreover my reviews are simple and to the point.
I sent several emails to them trying to convince them I m real like never before, and they were kinda rude to me. What's the point of this? Maybe it's the right time to start checking reviews manually?
People go on trustpilot only to complain. Even high quality brands such as Rolex have 3 stars lol Good brands have awful ratings just because of a bad customer service experience or whatever. It has nothing to do with the quality of the products your buying most of the time.
I exceptionally value their work; I have best and top-notch article composing, in the event that you are searching for solid, quick and valid work, don't spare a moment to get in touch with them, you won't be frustrated. I am totally happy with their administration. I have requested an exposition composing a couple of days back and experienced phenomenal article composing administration alongside the expertly composed paper. The best thing is, the cost is moderate and they convey on schedule. Profoundly suggested!
The platform for businesses helps companies from all over the world proactively collect customer reviews. It's the customers who write both product and seller reviews, keeping it third-party verified.
Got Scammed out of $300! Never shipped product, faked tracking number as well! First a friendly online site chat, then after you order and pay, it's over, you get a fake tracking number and then they want more money from you for fake customs release, when I didn't pay no more answers to any e mail's, no more communication, it was over, got scammed! They sell research chemicals online but they're not legit!
Amazon is not a good company anymore. Don't get Prime unless you do a lot of buying from them and be very careful what you click on. My honest negative review of Amazon on trustpilot was removed. UPDATE: My mistake it was listed but I couldn't find it. My review of Amazon still stands though. But shopping at Amazon I'm through. They wouldn't allow me to remove my Visa card. You have to close the account first and it's not easy to do. Very complicated. They sent me an unwanted Amazon store credit card of $600.00 to be used only on Amazon without my permission. I shredded it. My Visa card was instantly locked online by me and I got a new card with a different number. All done. All I had left to do was delete their app.
I left a review of a scammer. Then 10 months later they contacted me saying they needed proof of the scam email otherwise my review would be removed. Of course I didn't have it 10 months later. Obviously the scammer knew to leave it awhile before asking for the review to be removed. So they are believed over me. Can't TRUST Trustpilot profiles.
Used them several times, can't say I liked it. Probably, it's great when you can leave a positive feedback and thank a company that did their job well. But who knows if other positive reviews are genuine. I have read several previous reviews here, and people say about some kind of a software trustpilot team uses. Well they should teach it to reply to messages and emails too because their customer service is not really talkative. Not sure if there's some customer focus. They'd rather discuss their overpriced plans.
I don't know, but there's something wrong with all of that. I wouldn't use trustpilot. Yes, it's probably trustworthy. But to me it's just ummmm unpleasant...
There're a lot of alternatives
I found Coinhunters recovery assistance after i was scammed online with Trustpilot, easy to use and very affordable.
Trustpilot was definitely a good place to start my search for recovery services, and coinhunters {coinhunters@ programmer. Net} has to be the only legit crypto recovery service out there, guarantees your stolen or scammed crypto gets back to your wallet.
Brought a friend to the trust pilot office in parkersburg wv. The employee where very kind and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the equipment and how to properly use it. Would highly recommend them.

I had posted a few diverse reviews there, but found that they remove reviews when companies flag them. The reviews were all truthful and honest, with absolute facts, not hearsay or conjecture but proof of criminal behavior and they just blame A.I. For the censorship. It's fair to say that if you bother to post a review on Trustpilot that is critical of a large, well heeled company, it'll be 'down' in 24 hours or less because the company can 'flag' without showing proof that your review truly is erroneous, incorrect, or has no basis in fact. Today in America where 'regulations' and 'regulators' are a thing of the past, how else are we to tell others of a dishonest, criminal and in some cases, truly predatory company? The answer: Not using these 'fake' evaluation sites. I actually believe like 'BBB' who carries one company at 'A+', but all of the ratings for the company are ONE STAR, this tells you something about 'obvious' payola there too. Complain to the government? Yeah, that does a lot of good (NOT!) In a world that is now basically without rule of law, honest appraisals of criminal companies who's predation and wrongdoing are clear, are essential components of FIRST AMENDMENT in the U.S. where one particular 'tribe' seems hell bent for leather to SUPPRESS all criticism of wrongdoing and criminal behavior, but seek to punish those who step up to provide the rest of the public with a WARNING about the dangers of such suppression. We all have a responsibility to warn others of a clear and present danger, and when that's suppressed or halted, overal society itself suffers because your voice is stifled and taken away by autocrats, plutocrats, and yeah, kleptocrats.
Trustpilot plays both sides of the street. It accepts some reviews from consumers (if you somehow manage to successfully meander its byzantine review scheme). It also accepts money from companies while removing critical reviews upon request. Trustpilot (weird name by the way) just rejects other critical reviews. Attempted to post a negative review of a doctor; did not expect the train wreck that ensued -- repeated popups of "Opps, something has gone wrong." Well, yeah - the wrong being a waste of time trying to post on Trustpilot. Two thumbs down, and a few toes as well. Use Yelp; or topconsumerreviews.com; or Consumer Reports; or Wirecutter. Easier. Better. And TRUSTWORTHY.
I trusted them until I visited a site called Abode Jungle which sold me goods under false advertising and refused to return money. I looked on Trustpilot where 30% of other people had left 1* reviews each with a different story. All the other reviews were 5* reviews in poor awkward English
E.G.
"I walked in nearly any store inside UK to look for ceeling lights. Abode jungle have such good range and reliable."
"Secure payments and fast shipping are great features."
With each week more of these demonstrably fake 5* reviews bumped up the overall score to 4.1* which according to Trustpilot is "Great"
Even without the fake reviews - how can a "Great" company get 30% 1* reviews? Nearly a third of the customers for this site had (now 25%) been cheated out of money and Trustpilot is making this happen.
None of my negative reviews stick. They never get in touch for more info...they just delete them. I provide any info they ask for when posting review like support ticket number. I have no idea what the point is with trustpilot any more...what can we do?! They need investigating. This is my first review here...I really hope this place isn't like trustpilot and maybe I can start using this instead?
I posted a 1 star review based on a legitimate experience with a company that blatantly scammed me. Trustpilot emailed me that my review was removed due false information. My review captured information relating to what the company offers, and how none of what they deliver is legit or what is offered. I had chat transcripts, credit card company print outs, screenshots of product offered vs delivered, etc. Yet there are several 5 star reviews that are so painfully obvious they're not from real clients posted on this company's Trustpilot account. This is clearly a site for scammers & not a site for the consumer.
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
Trustpilot has a rating of 1.2 stars from 1,105 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases.
