I like the white truffle day moisturizer but I fell my skin a little bit oily then before.

We spent over $8,000 on their products, including the red and blue LED wand that's really just a flash light with red and blue LEDS. And they say it has a lifetime warranty. Ours broke in 3 days. Can't get anyone to answer a call. We actually asked for a return immediately but they demanded NO RETURNS. Even my BOA card couldn't reverse the charges due to their policy.
Each night I've used the eye serum and instant repair, I've woken with gelled tears and dry eyes! My eyes have never done this before! Wishing I never bought, expensive way to damage my eyes. Service was very pushy, but nice.
Just became a Truffoire customer, and am already very impressed with the customer service, useful tips and information, and now already a free full size product! Haven't been using products long enough to comment, but so far I like how my skin feels.

I bought the Instant Repair for eyes. I am already seeing amazing results. I can't seem to find the answer to a question though. I was told when I bought it to keep my receipt and when I ordered again, I would get the same price. I don't know how to do that as I can't get the item on the site to discount to the amount I paid before.
After weeks of emails telling me each one that my shipment was getting prepared I canceled my order. You have the most procrastinating method of business. You took the money immediately when I ordered and all I got were delaying tactic emails for weeks.

My original complaint was a bad syringe. The person who sold it to me replaced it promptly. That's the good news. Now I just need to wait and see if this product works. Have only been able to use it once so far.

Craft and Stitchery Expo in Puyallup, WA and have not been able to get the syringe to work. Both my husband and I have tried everything, but nothing comes out of the syringe. My husband thinks the product has hardened and is blocking the exit. What do I do now with this very expensive product that does not come out of the syringe?

The products are nice. Not sure they are worth the steep price I paid but I'm willing to try them out. The sales person was very nice but did feel a bit pressured. None the less I ended up spending over $3k. My husband still jokes with me for being suckered. Hopefully with continued use I'll prove him wrong.
I can't afford to shell out $7k for the devise they use during sales pitch and facial.

While visiting Honolulu HI. 2023 I was given some samples of the White Truffle Day Moisturizer. We didn't have time to visit the store. From the moment I rued that first sample I loved it! I was incredibly skeptical at first. But after seeing results and how it felt I was sold. Unfortunately I have dealt with dark under eye circles my entire life. After just a few weeks of using this cream I can tell a difference. I highly recommend! Definitely worth the price considering how much I've spent on products that haven't worked.
