Ordered 11x17 poster and it was folded incorrectly leaving a large crease down the center. Poster also looked like it was cut by hand because it had crooked, jagged edges. Have been emailing customer service regarding the challenge and they tell me they would not return my money and that I can file a return claim to get a new poster. The order numbers that I have according to their system does not exist so all I am doing is going in circles trying to get a quality item or my money back. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service.
