I had a great experience selling some of my old Transformers. I had a couple of boxes at my parents and they gave me a call and said it was time for them to go. I did a few searches on how best to sell them online, and after reaching out to a few sites, transformerland.com responded quickly and had a well laid out process on how to sell the toys. Matt asked for a few pictures and a couple follow-up details, but then we quickly proceeded to a transaction.

Clearly it can be tough doing business via email, but we got on the phone, he was able to talk through the pieces with me and discuss condition. He then made me an offer, and arranged all the shipping and coordination. Payment was timely, the offer was more than fair, and he made the process seamless (and this is from somebody who does not regularly sell items online).

My guess would be everything would run as smooth on the buy side as it did on the sell side, but I would highly recommend doing business with transformerland.com.

I was in a quandary about what to do with my old collection of rare transformers. Matt's site made it easy for me to sell the whole collection, and at a fair price. The transaction was easy and Matt is friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely be doing more business with him in the future, and I would highly recommend transformerland.com to anyone wishing to sell their Transformers, G. I. Joe, etc.

I sold my entire collection to Matt. He communicated very well and in a timely manner, and was very polite and professional. He knew what he was getting via our communications and the pictures I sent. We worked out a price and he paid it upon review of the package, just like he said he would. No "bait and switch" or otherwise unsavory tactics. I've sold to other websites and when the package arrived, they lowered the price and said some toy or part was "missing or broken", conveniently for them. I've also had other sites call me a "jerk" and "rude" for being direct yet professional with them. None of this with Matt. He is the real deal and I will be selling him more items in the future.

From browsing the website to find what I want to buy (or information on items), to ordering and follow up, the Transformer Land crew takes care of their customers!

In the last year I've placed over 15 orders and I keep going back for more. I exhaust ALL options with Transformer Land FIRST before attempting to purchase the majority of my Transformer figures/accessories elsewhere.

I'm a happy customer, and I'll support them as long as they are around!

Transformerland is a great site and I was very happy to find it. I was looking for a place to sell my old transformers since my children did not want them. Matt was great to work with and gave a fair price. If I find any others in the future I would definitely contact him again.

My experience with Matt was extremely smooth and pleasant. He made an offer for part of my collection, followed through to the end keeping his word and was very responsive through out the entire process. I saw all of the 5 star reviews on here before I first started to deal with Matt, and I thought "no way can it be this good". However, he proved me wrong. I had decided to sell off a bunch of my old Transformers, and went to him first before dealing with Ebay, he gave me a very very good price, didnt even have to haggle at all. I couldnt have had an easier time.

I can not thank these guys enough! Amazing customer service! They have a huge selection to choose from and their knowledge is unbelievable! Highly recommend!
