The detailed ebook is very informative and helpful for the training and grooming of our puppy. We enjoyed the book very much. As a matter of fact we groomed our Baby yesterday after the read and we were amazed at our work!
I have been charged TWICE for receiving absolutely NOTHING! I cancelled my order within minutes, yet was still charged. I have sent in three disputes as per their web page, none of which have been responded to by this company. Their web site doesn't work at all except to charge your credit card and it freezes so that you press the back button and that is how they keep recharging your credit card. Don't fall victim to this company! I'm disputing it through my bank as we speak. They disputed my dispute saying I was a "recurring patron"...
Relax. The 4 stars do not denote wonderful service, but they do note our sense of relief at this matter being sorted out an payment refunded. THANK YOU
I am not sure why someone from the other side of the world and in another hemisphere has to be the catalyst for action. Why of why guys did you not deal with this as soon as you got notice of my initial and very friendly comment.

Dear Train Pet Dog... Since I had heard nothing about my refund from yourselves I registered a complaint to the so called US Complaints Board. You must have seen this and wrote to them and to me saying the amount had been refunded. This was UNTRUE... NOTHING has been refunded.
Do not think that because we live in Africa that we have bones through our noses and do not understand the ethics of doing business. When we make a promise - we keep it. When we sell you something we deliver it.

Ty's lesson was invaluable! Our 7 month old Pom has so many bad habits learned from our ignorance. I feel we are now on the right track and we are gradually seeing results. So many things for Jamie to unlearn. At last we are hopeful that he can be trained. We were giving too much freedom, and now he is on a strict schedule for eating, water,exercise,play,bonding and sleep. Big adjustment for all of us. My husband and I keep reminding ourselves that Jamie will be potty trained before we return to our summer home in 2 months.
While the tips to training my german shepherd puppy have been somewhat helpful, almost every email I receive says I have to get the German Shepherd Lovers book or course to get all the info. It says you're most likely making mistakes, but won't tell you what the mistakes are. I understand they do need money, but that's just plain mean because if they really were german shepherd lovers, they would care more about the dogs/puppies than their own wealth. I came across this through an ad so I probably should have expected this, but it is quite upsetting that I am constantly bombarded with the payment link and I'm not receiving the information I was told I would be provided with.
I paid for a training book I thought that was supposed to be sent in the mail. So far I haven't received it. I really haven't used your services much other than contacting a trainer once for advice on house training. I've paid over $100 so far for info from your company. Doesn't seem near worth it.
Paid for the program and even though I have a username and password, I can't access anything. There's no links to click. There's nothing under the module except an introduction and a link to read about WordPress.
I am so glad I purchased this training course. I have gotten so much helpful advice in training my 7 month old Golden Retriever and would highly recommend it. I like the way the course helps me to stay on top of my training with new tips everyday. I highly recommend it.

Train Pet Dog all made sense from day one. My Jack Russell Sadie did not lack any training efforts. The fact was she learned to seek attention by exactly the mistakes we made. Exactly what is talked about in this training.
Well things started off ok I used my card to no problem. I tried to buy the hard back Training book and informed there was a problem with my card. I tried to get to customer service and. That didn't work either. Like the rest of these of the business I'm overwhelmed with Emails. I joined used my password, got an appointment with a specialist for training tips. And the Emails continue to remind me to do these things. The tips I have received have been good but I haven't been able to order the book. I'm getting Two puppies and they continue to just show my program as one puppy,. It's beginning to aggravate me and I'm close to just pulling the plug on the whole thing. I realize this is a business my wife about three weeks ago and I don't have time for all repetitious Emails.
I highly recommend! There were so many things I was doing wrong and thankfully I found the help I needed to correct and move forward in the right direct with my aussie puppy. Thank you so much for this free service
