No real Black Friday sale, a bit disappointing! After writing the previous statement, I receive in the mail a card informing me of a Black Friday promotion which would save me $50 on my purchase. I contacted customer service & without any convincing I was told that a credit of $50 would go back on my charge, which it did in a day or 2. All good with me & I know Trafalgar is reputable!

It was what I ordered, quality was excellent, no issues with delivery.
I have several Trafalgar belts but this on doesn't fit like the others. I laid it down beside a couple of your other belts and the holes in my other belts all line up but these don't so it fits differently. Sort of like it's a 35 rather than a 36. I would have exchanged it for a 38 but that would be much too large.

Great looking braces, fast delivery and a very good price.
I'm picky and I like it but there are two lines where you can see where three pieces of crocodile hide come together instead of a single piece throughout it's entire length... But who's going to notice on your belt. So I gave it 4 instead of 5 and I kept it.
I ordered a personalized buckle and strap as a graduation gift. Arrived quickly however, the buckle monogram was "off" when it arrived. So I contacted customer service and they drop shipped a new one the next day and I returned the original. Buckle looks great! This is not my first time ordering from Trafalgar and I have been pleased.

Initially I tried to order through the website and could not access my account. It took two or three days of phone calls and emails before the situatuin was resolved. All in all, I am very happy with the Company's products.
Below average. It took 3 emails to get a return label. I returned it 2 days ago and I get an email that has nothing to do with the return. It makes me want to go back to wearing a belt. Who knew buying braces would be such an ordeal.

The belt is great. Exactly as expected. The wallet is so small I am unable to get any of my card in it. That's right, None. In fact, I broke one of my credit cards in half lengthwise, trying to force it in the slot, but then you probably knew all this.

Only one belt was in inventory, but sold me two (black and chestnut) anyway, then notified me after the sale was completed. No word back on when the belt will be in inventory and available for purchase.
