I have tried 4 diff snack subcription boxes over time. None of them have been so well curated as Tokyo treat. Usually in the other boxes there is excessive sweets with a lot of hard candy and stuff I am not interested in. Tokyo treat is the first box that I actually like every item, nothing gets wasted, and a great balance of snacks, not to mention as someone who seeks out interesting snacks and know all the usual ones from japan, a lot of the snack I have never seen in the box. We absolutely love our box! The kids and I have started digging in and there is soooo much to try. What a great surprise every month to look forward to. Love the Halloween theme too. The flavours are awesome!
I wanted to visit Japan for my birthday this year, but then corona hit :( however, this is my second box and I like to think it makes up a little bit for what I'm missing. The snacks are amazing and I ate them all! ALL!
After I learned that such a exquisite site existed, I promised myself I would buy a box from them. After some weeks later, my packaged arrived and ever since it has, I've been loving everysingle one of the candies and snacks I have.
Tokyo Treat is well worth the wait each month. We love that a piece of our heritage comes in the mail. Someday my son and I hope to travel to Japan, but in the meantime, we enjoy the flavors coming to us!
Tokyo Treat has arguably the best food and the best and most unique drinks of all the boxes I have tried! I love the selections from savory chips to sweet and tangy treats, they have a little bit of everything!
They always give HUGE snacks and it always comes with 17 (for the premium box) it lasts me the whole month and all the flavors and snacks are unique. It's affordable and they're always giving their customers a way to save 5$ when you have a friend buy a box with your link. Plus the more boxes you buy, the more discounts you get for being a long-term loyal customer.
I was so Happy when my box came. I couldn't believe how fast it was delivered, it came in a matter of days. Its great value for money!

A vast variety of of all kinds of sweets and treats, sweet and savory, something for every taste. Every month there's a different theme and it all fits together. All in all very cute and I'm happy to be a part of the family now.
Shipping was fast. April 2021 was my first box after subscribing and I'm happy with the variety. The kitkats are my absolute favorite! My only complaint is how some of the snacks that are in the box are almost broken down to just crumbs or already powdered.
Over all I am very happy with what I got. At first I thought it was a bit expensive, but after getting my first box and seeing what is in it I was shocked! The amount they send, and variety is really worth the money!

Tokyo treat is a great way to try all kinds of goodies from Japan, every month when it comes my husband and I have a great time together going through everything and trying new treats. It is well worth the money and I definitely recommend trying it.
I only ordered one box to try it out but they sent me another one the next month with out me ordering it. The second box cost more than the first. $47.50 I would never spend almost fifty dollars on a box of small snacks. When I tried to contact their customer service I couldn't put in a ticked because I didn't have an active order. If you order from them be prepared to pay more than you wanted to for a box you didn't want.
Just received my first box.The snacks are nice but overall a bit small and just a little too few. I share the box with my sister and sharing is hard to do since most of the snacks are really small packaging. On the site it says a DIY-kit is included but this is not the case. The quality of the snacks is great though and delivery was fast.
I love my box every month! It brings a new taste of treats with it! Not too many chocolate sweets and a good number of savory sweets as well. Plus the drink that gets sent is super delicious. My favorite treat from the October box was the Creme Brûlée milk tea! I forgot to snap a picture of the October box before I dug in but here's a picture of the September box which gives a good idea of what comes in a box
Honestly I find the snacks in this crate to be among the best. The selection is great and varied. It doesn't feel like they just threw together any snack they find, they are all genuinely interesting. Will be buying more crates in the future.
Very pleased with the box, came in good shape and a week before the expected delivery date. All snacks were inside and looked delicious. The popular snacks from japan look amazing and even the unknown ones. 100% recommend.
Tokyo Treat boxes are something I've always wanted to try, once my box arrived the packaging was super cute and well done! The package was also very well handled and the box took less than a week to arrive. The treats were very yummy, cute, and there's was something for everyone to enjoy! Overall great company and I definitely recommend trying Tokyo Treat out!
