Like others said, you return an item and they keep your money. Never ever had an experience like this. I'm going on 4 months and am still waiting on the $100 they owe me for my refund. I'm putting a complaint into the Better Business Bureau. This can't be legal. I would never ever shop here again. There are plenty of other online retailers who actually respect their customers and the transactions between them.

Do not order from Tobi! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They haven't responded to me in over a month! They are too busy posting pictures on their Instagram page to actually care about their customers. Their shipping is horrible as well. My package came a month late, so I had to return my items. I don't even know if I'll get my money back because it takes them 2 months basically to process it. Stay away from this site, it's not worth it they are untrustworthy!

I don't understand why they are getting horrible reviews. I've ordered from them several times. One time they sent me the wrong item. However, they let me keep it in addition to sending me the right item and also gave me a coupon code to make up for it. As for the quality, things from tobi have always been well made and nice material. It's obviously not going to feel like designer clothes but it's SO much better than things from forever 21/charlotte russe. Overall, I love Tobi's clothes and they're customer service.

Honestly can't believe all the bad reviews I'm reading! I ordered from Tobi twice, and both times were during one of their 50% off promotions. I'm pretty sure shipping was free too. The items were true to size and were pretty good quality for the price (very similar to Forever 21). It also took less than two weeks to get to me. Anyone complaining about the quality needs to realize that a $10 top won't last forever.

I was worried after I placed my order and then read the reviews afterwards and saw what people were saying. However, I had a great experience ordering from this company! I got 4 dresses for $100 using the 50% code, and they arrived in Florida in 3 days! The quality of the clothing is obviously what you would expect for the price, but everything fits great in an XS, the dresses are lined, nothing is see-through or too short, and everything looks exactly the way it did online! Very happy with my purchase and would definitely use this site again.

The first time I bought at tobi it tools around a month to receive the package. I was disappointed that the shipment took so much time + because I live in Canada Montreal there were additional border fees (but this has nothing to do with the merchant).
The second experience I had was much better, my little sister bought a couple of dresses and she wanted to ad the 50% coupon code but apparently did not enter it correctly. I emailed tobi customer service (dreaded the awful service I heard about) but surprisingly they responded the next day telling me that they will refund me the additional 50% off amount.

Not bad!

I've read a lot of bad reviews so I figured that if I liked what I ordered I would write a good review. Everything looks good! I'm 5'2 108 lbs so I got an XS, everything fit just right. If I was any bigger I would of had to go a size up. My 5 items came in 4 days. I even emailed customer service for something and they replied back within minutes. I would only shop during the 50% off sales for sure though.

I've ordered from Tobi several times - the clothing is not always top quality (but sometimes it's actually really nice, especially for the price) - but they 100% make up for this with the easy, free returns. I have returned at least one item out of almost every purchase I have made with no problem. I actually returned 3 items recently (about 10 days ago) and noticed that I had not received an email or a refund which I usually get pretty quickly. I emailed their customer service with my order number and the items I returned and I got an email by the end of the day that the refund had been processed. One caveat is that I do live in the US and I understand that international shipping may be more difficult, but I've always had a great experience.

For the price, this is a great option for trying out new clothing and they have amazing customer service for what the business is. Will continue to shop with them in the future!

Going downhill.

So I just recently started ordering from Tobi about 7 months ago. When I started they were great! Free shipping on everything! They sent me my clothes within 3 days and when it didn't fit right I got my full refund hassle free. I ordered a couple other things then stopped for a while. Now, there are a few changes that made me stop ordering from them. Of course companies get greedy and now it's "Free shipping with purchase over $50". That's okay I guess I get that but the main reason I loved them was the free shipping on anything. Now it takes three days just to process the order. Extremely slow shipping now! And to top it off the prices went way up and everything seems to be "final sale". With online clothing final sale is a bit ridiculous. I used to recommend this website to all my friends but now it's just another overpriced rip-off of a company. (Forgot to mention that the quality of the clothing isn't bad but it's definitely not worth all the trouble and $$$)

Overpriced

Bought this dress for 49$ & soon to find another similar dress for only $28 :( of course i returned it. They're only giving you 50% off first purchase to make you shop but still prices are way too high. $25 for plain crop top? =/

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Customer care is a joke. You call them, they don't answer. Emails, no reply. Only way to get a response is by FB. Do your research on this company. STAY AWAY!

I have been shopping with Tobi for years and never had an issue. Until now. I've had an order processing for over two weeks. I've sent multiple emails to their customer service email address and have gotten no response. In the past, they've always responded in a day or so. I'm not sure what's going on, but I am going to figure out how to cancel my payment and never shop there again. Are they even a real company anymore?!?

Awful experience

It says free shipping free returns. WRONG. Don't do it. Not only did the item shipped come with a ugly white stain, it looked nothing like the photo. The quality was just awful. On top of that they give you STORE CREDIT ONLY. And they charge you for the shipping so you don't even get your full refund. They took forever about a month to process my refund in the first place, then give you the same copied pasted email run around. Horrible company. I've been emailing 12+ emails back and fourth and they r just the worst. I had heard good things in the past but I guess they have changed.

Stay Away

I returned a dress over two months ago within the thirty day period and still have not received my refund. There is no phone number or way to talk to an actual person. I just keep receiving a generic email that is automatically sent out in response to a return/exchange issue.

Longest Shipping Ever

Hope you like the clothing you bought, because good luck trying to return it or speak to anyone in customer service. There are NO phone numbers to call them, nor will they give you one. They hide behind their emails. They make ludicrous allegations and refuse returns. The clothing isn't very well made in my opinion, so you are better off shopping somewhere else. I've read other posts that say this company is one of several that are a scam... and I believe it.

I used tobi often a couple years ago when the clothes were still good quality and reasonably priced. Now the clothes are extremely cheap, flimsy material, and don't even think about anything white as there isn't a chance it won't be see through. They brag about free returns, but I returned two items a month ago and still have yet to even see it processed in my tobi account. I've emailed them and only received an automated reply that they expect to see my return processed shortly. Completely ridiculous company- don't waste your time and money.

I ordered items in mid January for a late February event. After 5+ emails & instagram messages. All I got was a automated reply they were busy & would ship within 7-10 business days. I had no choice but to request they cancel my order. But nope they didn't listen and sent my stuff anyway. I returned the items because I since bought other items somewhere locally. However it has now been over a month and I still have not received a refund! Took them a month! They are a scam.

I returned my items 60+ days ago. When I contact Tobi with frustrations asking for updates or my refund, they send back generic emails which means they don't even read the complaints. They said "Be patient, it takes about a week for your items to get to you, you'll have them soon"! I don't need any items, i want the money back that this site owes me. An absolute scam when it comes to returns or exchanges. Might as well have donated it to someone instead of no dresses and out money.
